The staff were so kind and polite and put up with my terrible French. The room was clean and the view was beautiful. I didn’t have any food from the restaurant attached but had a drink and it was clean and staff were polite. The air con was a blessing in the heat and having the hotel only 5 min walk from the promenade was amazing.

Great hotel - nice and central for everything you need during your stay in Nice. 5 minutes walk to restaurants and bars / 10 minutes walk to the train station/ 10 minutes walk to the promenade. Tram stop 2 minutes walk up the road from the hote for getting to and from the airport.

The staff was nice and breakfast was good. The room was dirty - mold in the shower and on the shower curtain, the shelves in the closet were dusty and I cleaned the grime on the door next to the lock. The fitness center only had one treadmill and it was out of order.
