I forgot my neck travel pillow after I checked out of my room. When I remembered that I left it, I told the front desk about my situation. They attempted to go back to my room to see if I left it. I was told nothing was there and they would check in the lost and found and ask housekeeping. The front desk said nothing was there, and as well as housekeeping said they didn’t find anything. Which I know I left in the room. I had no use of my neck pillow while on vacation and I also left a traveling blanket in the room on purpose because it didn’t fit in my suitcase. I was also told that nothing was there. I know housekeeping took my pillow and blanket. Not helpful at all.

Great stay!! Very clean, and the pool is amazing to have access to. The bar food was very good. Staff was helpful and friendly. The Metro is very close to travel to Downtown Madrid.

Excelente atencion como siempre la unica observacion es que para el desayuno habia un grupo de turistas y acababan con la comida y no reponian para los demas huespedes pero todo muy bien

It was OK for the few number of nights I stayed. The female front desk clerk wasn’t very nice when I checked in… There were a lot of black hairs all over the bathroom (I don’t have black hair). The doors are always slamming up and down the hallway…But it is close to the metro… and it had nice windows, real glasses, a hairdryer and a refrigerator.

Clean and spacious room and bathroom. I actually extended my stay for an additional night. Great breakfast. Location close to the Metro.

Enjoyed my stay. Room and bathroom were both spacious and clean. Breakfast had lots of options and was delicious. Metro stop was nearby.

A/C was disconnected, very uncomfortable

Hotel was nice but nothing spectacular. Called the number to get room service and it was not operational. Had to walk down to order the food.
