The service desk personal was so helpfull

Todo nos gustó, el desayuno muy bueno y completo aunque tuve un altercado con una chica del área de desayuno por que quería tomarme un café y tomar una dona el día de mi check out y me dijo que no podía llevarme la dona por que no podía sacar alimentos del restaurante (por dios es una dona en una servilleta). No le preste atención y seguí mi camino, creo que está bien que existan reglas y hay que respetarlas pero tampoco podemos ser tan estrictos e inflexibles mucho más aún tratándose de las vacaciones de alguien y más si va de salida.

The air conditioning works fine. It’s meet my needs. Very clean and workers are very helpful. I’m glad they provide a kettle so that I can boil water for my tea and coffee.

The room was spacious with a stocked fridge of drinks, the windows are large and allow natural light and air into the room. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a great variety of worldwide breakfasts, as well and some more local dishes and items. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Clean Room, very nice staffs did not use shuttle , was not aware of the service but general very good experience

Room was clean, staff was awesome, the location was nice, close to a mall with shopping and food.

The room was clean, spacious, and the bathroom had a bathtub. We didn't add the breakfast until later, and it was a great choice! It was excellent! Everything exceeded our expectations!

some of the staff was not helpful at all, we tried to call the hotel 9 times and no one answered. it was very noisy, you could hear when people in other rooms flushed the toilet or talked. fridge did not keep things cold, no microwave in room. no price of the items in refrigerator, so didn't know if were free or not. on a good side, within walking distance to a bus station and the mall.

Although we had to get a taxi to get to the train station, we enjoyed the shopping mall nearby. The bed was comfortable but the downside was the noise the next room is noticeable. We tried the breakfast and it was delicious I like the selection of cold meats but we missed the hot food only tried the sausages and chorizo which was good. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The room was a nice size for two and clean. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was lovely. The location of the hotel however is very inconvenient and the only way to get to the hotel is by car.

Amazing staff, extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located 10 minutes from downtown. Very nice and spacious rooms, very very clean. I will definitely be coming back here when I come back to Barcelona! 10/10
