Very pleasant. Room was a ‘classic’ which is small, no balcony, and view of back of building. Construction underway and there was an unanticipated shut off of the water supply for a time one day. Other than that nice.

Smallest shower and parking was difficult to find. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Hotel was conveniently located near train station.

Breakfast was great! The service was amazing. Staff is very friendly and accommodating to special requests.

Very central and extremely quiet given I was on the 1st floor and the road is quite busy

Pillows were fantastic. Bed comfortable. Lovely small little hotel which suited our needs perfectly. Walkable from the train station and nicely located on the river. Bar was well stocked and staff friendly.

Clean room

First room was very hot couldn’t sleep all night. When I came back room was not cleaned. They changed room but the shower didn’t work correctly. It kept turning hot and cold.

Perfect base for exploring. Train station nearby and walkable to town.

The decor was fitting to the name of the hotel. Three pieces of classic style matching artwork was a nice addition to the decor (most of the European hotels we’ve stayed in over the last month having nothing on the walls!) Great view of the river. Large bathroom with a very handy stool! Happy to find a mini fridge (apparently a very rare find in Europe so far). Nice to have water and a couple of beverages supplied. Luggage rack and counter space were appreciated. Very nice thick towels. Comfy bed but they haven’t switched to the think duvet that most European hotels we have stayed at have done but instead still use a top sheet and light coverlet. The thick duvets are so cozy. Room was very clean except for the floor. Picked up a lot of debris on our bare feet. I would recommend this hotel. It’s only a 10 minute walk to some restaurants and about that from the train station. However, the latter walk is not fun with roller bags as the condition of the sidewalks is terrible.

Very comfortable hotel and the best it is neat to the train station

This was our 4th stay there, staff were excellent and the area aroubd was easy to walk around and close to public transport

Good location if you plan a trip to Florence. Hotel is 5 min walk from Prato Centrale station. Good breakfast. Walking distance from Prato old city

Excellent services and very friendly staff

For a single traveler this hotel is perfectly situated. It’s only 10 minutes walk to the city centre and 8 minutes walk to Prato Centrale station. I had no view of the river instead I had the next door building back view. It didn’t really bother me. I am as runner and this hotel is a great base to do my run. Love the place and will definitely book this place again,
