The staff were amazing!

Pool was unswimmable dirty. Not even clean enough to put your feet in. Gym had broken benches. Overpriced and not above a 3 star hotel.

The hotel was nice and the staff was kind however amenities were really limited. There was no mini fridge, and limited plugs. Ultimately though it was a good experience and a nice hotel.

Previously was a better experience, this time was good but they have remodeling outside walls

Room and facilities need updating/ refurbishing. Staff very helpful. Good breakfast buffet.

The room was clean

Poor control over room vacancy, my second room assigned was already occupied. Rooms are old and poorly maintained. A lot of humidity in the rooms. Staff good, parking good

Great staff, great service. Rooms and installations need a little update or refurbish, but overall excellent experience during family stay.

Customer service was great. Everyone so attentive and always checking if I needed anything. Buffet was great, servers and cook awesome! The lady making the omelettes very efficient and kind I enjoyed talking to her. The only negative about the hotel is that is old and needs to be updated. Our bathtub/shower didn’t work, no water would come out they immediately send someone to fix it and he was vey fast and did a great job, but it was an inconvenience because it was late at night and needed to rest. I didn’t want to leave a negative review because the staff was great, but people need to know, my experience.

Las instalaciones son algo viejas, requiere mantenimiento. Pero el general limpio y buen servicio

In the mornings and evenings there are tables with beverages and goodies on each floor of the hotel rooms.
