The staff usually are quite unfriendly.

It’s was wonderful but needs more trash cans around the facility as well as vending machines for drinks.

Hotel was very close to the mountain so getting to the village and gondola was easy. The room was spacious and had essentially a full kitchen which was a nice plus. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff at this hotel are so kind and helpful! We were truly blown away by the professionalism shown by all the staff. Will definitely come again.

Such a clean and close to everything place to stay.

The 1 bd. Suite was perfect for us as well as the location of the hotel. The staff (bellman, housekeepers, restaurant and bar, shuttle drivers) was so friendly and helpful. We had a great time.

We have stayed at this hotel for the last 5 years. This time we did not have a great experience. The bedding and bed were not very comfortable and could not sleep well any of the 3 nights. Even though the property is super convenient and is next to the Gondola and has Ski valet, we might not stay there next year.

The breakfast buffet was nice. Ania/Anya, who worked at the buffet, was so kind and attentive.

Bellmen, Valet Parking staff and housekeeping staff were all excellent and very professional and friendly.

The property is very nice and located right next to the gondola. We rented from Canski at the hotel which included ski valet service, which was nice. The restaurant was great as were the staff. Would highly recommend.

Everything about the property was excellent. We did have a bit of a problem with our room thermostat and had to call them up a couple of times. The staff was kind and tried to reset it. Other than that, we had a phenomenal stay and I would love to return in the summer!

Quality customer service was provided in every aspect of my stay.

Very convenient location if you’re visiting for skiing/snowboarding. There’s Can-Ski in the hotel and ski valet is complimentary for hotel guests and the Whistler village gondola is literally a minute walk from the hotel. Hotel was a bit outdated and two jacuzzis were too small to fit enough people. Had to wait to get a space to squeeze in the outdoor jacuzzi every day.
