Everything good, clean

The mattresses on the beds are of low quality, the city is very hot, and there is no refrigerator in the room. Worst of all, every day we had the noise of the gardener with his lawnmower outside our window every morning from 9:00 am.

Front desk staff it’s bad not able to solve a problem it seems like the First Lady that did my check in was in a bad mood and another one ignore when I ask something like she was busy fixing her papers all over the table, overall hotel it’s nice. Really good location near the plaza. Beds are amazing I was really able to rest. Good air conditioning. Good hotel to stay just front desk not good.

I had a great stay here. The location is the biggest highlight—it’s right next to Paseo La Fe, which makes finding food and shopping incredibly easy. The rooms feel fresh and modern, with a great desk for working and solid soundproofing against the street noise. It’s also only about 15 minutes from the airport, which was very convenient for my flight. Special thanks to the staff for being so professional and helpful. Highly recommend for business or a shopping trip!

Two things that I dislike, no free breakfast,for the price I think breakfast has to be included, and beds and pillows too hard! Everything else was good.

Very friendly and good access to dining and gym.

Clean, easy check in, good parking.

The room doesn’t have the air conditioner turned on previously so the room was too hot. 1 hr after is getting in well temperature
