Good place to stay.

Nobody at the reception when I arrive, had to wait after a long flight, plus noisy Renovation work during the day and the hotel itself looks pretty old…

Really nice hotel room overlooking the harbor. Clean and comfortable, would defiantly stay here again.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The parking across the road at the yacht club was included with the room; a parking pass was provided at check- in. The TV was smaller than expected, and no microwave oven was provided. The bathroom was reasonably large, bright , and had two sinks, a large tub, and a stand-alone shower. There is no kitchenette, but there is a bar fridge, and a single serve coffee maker.

Housekeeping never came, the room came with a washing machine that didn’t work, the staff was kinda rude.

Great location

Good sized room, with comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen cupboards were falling apart and washer/dryer combo was broken. Kitchen was stocked with very minimal supplies (1 cup - for 3 people staying). Area was fabulous - would stay again for that reason.

I just thought the room was a little dated needed a few tweaks. And they should replace the bathroom cabinet cause there was a lot of damage. The lack of kitchen appliances, no kettle no toaster no pots and pans when there is a kitchen there they should have supplied.

First of all I rarely leaves a bad review anywhere. Hotel room was supposed to be a LUXURY 2 bedroom one bath for four people. Bathroom had no lock, floor was dirty and smelly. This place is so outdated it's not even funny. We had such a terrible experience from beginning to ending !!!! Staff was not very helpful. Only two set of towels was in the bathroom for four people. I spend two nights no staff came to clean my room, this hotel didn't worth a dime, just a nightmare. The area outside is very nice with lots of restaurants and night life. I paid quite a lot for this hotel that was just not worth it.

The room was booked and paid for by hotels.com as my other hotel was suddenly being renovated. This hot was very nice view of the lake from my room and had a big balcony and great amenities. I didn’t like bringing luggage upstairs and parking 2 blocks away. I also didn’t like the $ 500 hold on my credit card.

Good place to stay

The room was spacious and the location of the hotel was perfect. Close to the water and shops and restaurants and the train to Toronto.

Quaint boutique style hotel. Loved the fact that room has a sitting area and separate bedroom. Also helpful for long term stays are a washing machine and kitchenette. As mentioned in other reviews, gym is in need of serious updating. Treadmill is not working and very limited weights. It seems like the gym is placed in a spare room. Great location to walk to marina and restaurants. No smart TV in the room, so you are limited to channels they provide. Check in process was easy, although it is confusing where to park to quickly check in. That might be something that was sent to me and I missed it, but I would ask before showing up.

The waterside is in the middle of a renovation. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and prompt to address issues. The Hotel balconies had paint peeling away and floor tiles cracked/missing. The room was spacious and clean but needed a lot of updating with paint touchups, cleaning bathroom grout & caulk etc. It its current state, I cannot give it 5-stars but depending on the scope of their renovations, it could be really fantastic. They were actively updating the balconies during my stay. Location is great with relaxing walk through the marina and excellent dining a short walk away.
