I love this place. I have stayed at multiple hotels in the area and this one is the best in my opinion.

Great central location in Zona Río. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet at night, making it easy to rest well. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of options. Parking was included with the stay, which made everything even more convenient. Friendly staff and an overall very pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Tijuana.

LGBTQ friendly. Staff was amazing. Everything we needed was accommodated. We felt extremely safe. Went down to the car late at night and was happy to see there was security that was very attentive. Buy the breakfast package. You wont feel disappointed. Would have loved to take advantage of the rooftop and exercise area, but they dont open till 10am

Around the property, was construction; they started hammering at 7 am to 12:00 noon. no microwave and needed to upgrade and pay extra to get away from noise and ask for a ironing board. Breakfast was nice.

Horrible service and rude

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. To start, I accidentally made a second reservation for the following weekend and reached out immediately, but the manager refused to issue a refund or make any accommodations, which felt very unreasonable. During my stay, there was major ongoing construction right next door and looks like it will take a year or 2 to complete, creating constant noise and disruption that made it difficult to relax. On top of that, I was charged an additional $20 per night for my daughter to stay in the room, with no clear explanation or justification. The room itself had several issues as well. The toilet repeatedly clogged for no apparent reason, which was both inconvenient and unpleasant. The towels provided were extremely rough—more like sandpaper than something you’d expect from a hotel. Lastly, the beds were very firm and became increasingly uncomfortable after multiple nights, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, between the poor customer service and the numerous comfort issues, I would not choose to stay here again.

My only concern was no coffee in the room and not available until 6:30 am
