It was very cozy and the young man at the front desk was courteous and nice.

Nice hotel clean room

The property was fine but we got back to our room at 3:45 P M and they had not even changed out the towels or anything. We left a day early.

Really friendly staff. Clean and in good condition for a hotel on the lower price end.

In our first room the heat didn't work. They were great about getting us a new room. The heat worked in the new room but it wasn't a king and there was hair all over the bathroom floor. The sink handle was broken and couldn't be completely turned off. The front staff were great.

Warm, friendly reception upon check in. The guy was an awesome person! Thanks for the nice little chat. You made us believe in humans again, haha. Nice clean room. Good!!

The room was comfortable and they actually put clean towels in every day. Front desk staff was always pleasant. Breakfast well very small.

THE Hotel /Motel was OK and the desk clerk was very helpful. Whoever assigned our room gave us #125 that was blocked off because the television was missing the cable. We didn't discover that until after we had a nice dinner and settled in. He did not have the ability to replace it and it was early evening so he gave us another room and helped us move.

No complaints! Clean and peaceful motel, both times I stayed there.

Great place to stay and take in downdown.

The bed was comfortable. This particular room was on a raised floor which was not well insulated, so the room was always cold. This was especially true in the bathroom.

I had a pleasant stay. I was not sure what to expect but both night receptionist and morning receptionist were both friendly and polite, and the cleaning staff were very thorough with their cleaning. All the way down to plenty of towels both body and hand, and though i didnt use everything the room offered, everything i needed was there. I will definitely be staying again the next time i come to Eugene.

Friendly & helpful staff. Clean & comfortable room/bed. Convenient location to walk my dog. Walkable to restaurants & convenience stores. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was very close by and the place itself was very clean and tidy. The gentleman in the office that checked us in was really nice and gave us a great recommendation for a few bookstores to check out during our stay!

Great location. Clean and safe. Good size room and equiped with essentials. Friendly staff. They had free coffee and snacks every morning. Parking great. Love the layout of this hotel. Definitely coming back.
