The buffet breakfast was not excellent as reviewed. The reviews must be fake. Ours consisted of bad little omelets and tiny breakfast sausages. Rest was very limited and not comparable to other hotels. Waterpark advert is fake, it only has a waterslide. Our room was supposed to be a king suite, which appeared to be a bedroom (doors) and rest of the room on expedia, and it was not a separate bedroom. This hotel is at best a 3 star...in need of upgrading and truer pics.

I was very disappointed because they gave me a room that they have forgotten to clean. They didn't have anyone to clean it so we were moved to another room with less beds. When I spoke to the manager for a partial refund she said but you still got a room right. The room was different than what I have booked and we had to wait an hour to get another room. Then she said she will speak to Expedia and get back to me and after a few days still didn't hear from her. So I ended up solving it myself with Expedia. Wasn't going to write a bad review until they decided to not take the mistake they did seriously and acted like it was not a big deal!

Everything was pretty great, the waterside and pool are great for kids, nice hot tub for parents aswell. The staff was diligent about checking pool levels

This hotel is definitely a “family “ hotel. Lots of children enjoying the waterside and pool. Therefore, we found lots of kids running the halls during the evening . Staff were most helpful with questions we had . The breakfast was very good .. lots of choices.. eggs, sausages, waffles , yogurt , fruit, cereals, pastries , breads and juices .

We were Put into a dog pet room that smelled Like a hamster cage. Wet dog smell. Had to go to walmart and get air freshener.
