The staff were excellent.

We stayed for two nights. The first night we heard a loud banging noise all night. It sounded like the elevator braking system. In the morning we let the front staff know and they were absolutely incredible. They got us a new room and even asked us the next day if it was quieter. This isn’t the first time we have stayed at this hotel. There is a reason we always come back. Staff are so kind and friendly. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. And the two pools are awesome. We will definitely be back again next trip to Calgary.

Had a lovely relaxing stay in an excellent location! We had some confusion as where to have breakfast and the time but we did have a fantastic meal and the service was exceptional! The pool and hot tub were great! It was very clean and had plenty of towels available to dry off! The room was clean had everything you might expect and the water and parking was complimentary. I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel!

Beautiful well maintained hotel and rooms. Everything was spotless I have no complaints at all . Will definitely stay here again!! Loved that all major stores and restaurants are in that area

Not very impressive for the money. The breakfast was very badly cooked, nothing like undercooked bacon to start your day.

The staff were amazing and our deluxe king was clean but some dusting was missed. To the hotel’s benefit, they were doing updating, etc. our room didn’t have a tub, only shower, which I should have inquired about when booking . We stayed in the Arium side and was disappointed that the pool/HT were closed earlier than the tower so we and the kids missed out on using them as we were at VB nationals late. Our breakfast was not included because I had booked through Hotel.Com so that was a disappointment. Other than that our stay was enjoyable.

Stayed at hotel with a group of friends for Corb Lund concert. The staff were absolutely amazing! The kindest and most helpful I have ever had and I have stayed at quite a few 5 star hotels that although were good did not compare to this hotel. Thank you to all the staff who went beyond expectation to assist us.

Happy with the stay. Super hot shower, comfortable bed, good TV in the room. The Atrium was a bit confusing - we didn’t know whether or not breakfast was available to us there and we felt like staff didn’t really have a clear answer for us.

Delta Hotel in Calgary South is a good option for business travellers, it’s not a resort, rooms are clean and well maintained. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean. The staff was super helpful when we made a booking error. The quiet pool closed early so we avoided the pool as the other was extra busy. Buffet breakfast was fantastic.

Room was clean, 2 of the three elevators were broken at the time we were there. Absolute wild chaos in the pool and waterslide with young kids from sports teams. Almost no chaperones by parents and every rule on the board was broken. The staff seemed to have zero ability to maintain control. Morning breakfast was good, appreciated the Starbucks coffee.
