Our stay was comfortable at the Best Western. Staff are lovely and helpful. The room we stayed in had an odor (probably from the rug). The room was dated and smelled stale even possibly of smoke. Great water pressure in the shower and the bathroom had an exhaust fan! Yay! Needs a refresh. Didn't use any of the amenities but saw other guests using the pool and gym.

Family trip, think we just found our #1 stay in Ptbro. Finally found a pool that wasn't cold, hot tub was like it should be. Breaky was good.

Great location, price and breakfast! Enjoyed the pool and the staff were pleasant. Limited TV stations available, but that wasn’t our primary reason for staying.

We had a great stay! It was quiet, clean and organized. I felt safe with my two little ones, who loved swimming, and we very excited about the complimentary hot chocolate. It was a great stay-cation for us. We will absolutely return.

Staff, room, hot tub and pool were all great. We took our grandchildren there for a night away. It was really nice. Restaurant close by for dinner and breakfast on site.

We stayed here last Saturday night before attending a funeral in town on Sunday. We have stayed here before and it was lovely so this review doesn't reflect on the hotel BUT, in the room next to us was a few construction workers who partied with the door open until 4 am. probably about 6-10 males who were obnoxious and drunk.
