Wonderful hotel, very calm and clean. Great amenities for its location (pool, gym, ping pong table and entertainment for kids), delicious dinner menu and abundant breakfast options with lots of choices for everyone and every need possible. Free parking. Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Very spacious and clean bathroom. We will definitely stay here again for a third time next year! Thank you!

Good breakfast and gym.

This hotel is beautiful on the inside. Large and comfortable rooms with amazingly comfy beds that are reclining. Huge clean bathroom, tons of electric outlets in the room. The lobby and restaurant is also very stylish with plenty of space, yet gives a cozy atmosphere with lighting and a fireplace. The food at dinner was great, and there was a huge selection at breakfast. Something for everyone! They even have a games room for kids to play foozeball or Ping pong. We didn’t have time to check out the pool, but we will be back next year!

big beautiful room, great breakfast

This hotel has a beautiful view from the upper floors, so beautiful you might want to lie in bed and just watch the clouds and trees (we spent time doing just that!). The Murphy bunks are a great idea, and more hotels should jump on that idea. We missed having an electric kettle/coffee maker in the room, but we can see space is limited. Our stay would be a full 5 stars, but they were housing participants in a middle school football / soccer tournament being held around Falun. It seemed no adults were helping the kids know about appropriate behavior when staying in a hotel. Really, this isn’t the fault of the hotel, so I should award them 5 stars simply for being so professional with these barely supervised young people. Excellent, superb breakfast. Many many stars for that. The staff were also superb.

A Ok hotel for 1-2 nights The carpet give dust and no comfort at the sleep time

Good hotel with a good location but definitely doesn’t worth the double price you pay for it compare with other hotels. Too large breakfast table - in reality nobody need to eat so much.

Bra generellt. Lobbyn känns utdaterad. Fräscha badrum. Enkel parkering och personal som var gästvänlig och kunde hantera mindre extratjänster. Sånt gillas!

Läget perfekt nära till Bergsliften och gångavstånd till centrum. Personalen väldigt hjälpsamma så jag kunde förvara min cykel över natten. Parkering direkt utanför. Litet fräscht gym. Bra frukost.

Vähän kaukana keskustasta. Siisti perushotelli. Oikein mukava henkilökunta. Siivous vain pyydettäessä, mikä oli mielestämme hyvä systeemi.

Ett hotell som vi gärna besöker igen. Rummet var rent och fräscht med modernt inredning. Maten i restaurangen var väldigt gott och trevligt personal.

Alltid lika trevligt att komma till Scandic Lugnet. Känns som hemma nu.

Frokoaten var en typisk hotel frokost untatt stekt grønnkål! Aldri hatt den før. Beste mat jeg har smakt på lenge! Prøv den t.o.m. om du ikke liker grønsaker! Skuffende at det koster flere hundre kroner ekstra å bruke bassengen! Når de fleste har kun en liten tid å bruke den ( møter, er på reisen osv,) blir antall minuter veldig dyrt! Gulvet på roomet var litt støvete men gulvet er mørkt og viser alt. Kan hende at det støvet du må bare godta.

Rent och snyggt. Lätt att parkera. Fina rum. Finns inget negativt att säga om hotellet.
