The service was top notch. The room was very clean but needs an upgrade. New carpeting, and replacing the twin beds with double beds would make a marked difference and align with modern luxury standards.

Clean rooms, friendly staff-- especially jelpful with my daughter, spa massage was done well by Anjali. Basant and Abu were great at cleaning our room. Anshika, Faheem, Neha, and Karan did especially well in dining serving us! Thank you!

Hotel should provide comfortable wireless phone chargers or modern IO such as USB-C. Carpet appear clean but aren’t spotless. People-Food-Courtesy is of top quality which made my experience comfortable. Thank you.

This is an excellent and legacy property. Have stayed here many times and it’s just absolutely amazing. The pool is lovely and the gardens are inviting. The cafe and restaurant are very inviting with music in the evenings.

The staff is very humble, breakfast have so many options, you will feel a family feel. Reasonable prices and very convenient to see all over Lucknow tourists places.

Amazing service. When I approached Monika for a mask, she asked me what was wrong. I mentioned that one person of our group had a cold/flu, she offered to send Kadha up to our room. This was delivered hot and soothing within minutes (free of charge of course). This ws much appreciated. The rest of the staff were also super courteous and helpful.

Seriously, this hotel needs updating. The rooms are very tired. The first night I was bitten by mosquitoes on my face. Even Aisha at the travel desk noticed. It’s not equal to the Taj at Mumbai. It’s the staff that give this hotel respect. We had Hussain as our driver and he couldn’t do enough. He knew Lucknow inside out. We enjoyed out stay only because of him. Aisha was very helpful also. Than you Hussain and Aisha for making our stay memorable.

Excellent service all round from reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff. The only downside is the rooms have a dated look and need refurbishing.
