It was a good stay, close to where we were planning to go. The air didn’t feel as cold since it’s really hot in Hermosillo, but overall a good stay for the price.

A little run down and not as modern. Doesn’t have room service and check in took around 15 minutes. But for a quick stop, not bad.

There was a bit of confusion with room 415... apparently there are 2 units with the same number. Luckily next to the other and we managed to go in to the rigth room and enjoyed a peaceful nigth.

Great place and strategically positioned to move anywhere in the city, there is a nice mall very close by.

Front desk lady was very rude and I was told I could check in early if room was available. When I arrived early they wanted to charge me almost a full days night to do so. I informed I called and they said there was no extra charge. The lady dismissed me and when hotels.com called the lady hung up on them. Which is was informed by hotels.com. The property looked nice but I canceled my stay and went to VOCO hotel which let me check in early without any charge.

There was a big gap under the door of the room!! Also 2 receptionist and only one attending guest in a long line with no air inside reception area.

Very bad experience. The cleanliness was terrible: there were hairs in the bathtub, a sewage smell, and dirty floors. The towels were old and the room was very dark. You could clearly hear everything the guests in the room next door were saying. There was no coffee maker in the room, and no one informed us about services like the pool. For the price we paid, it was very disappointing. I do not recommend this place.

Paid extra for the breakfast when I booked the room. Was told that breakfast was not included with it.

The bathroom of the room has not an exhaust fan and smell bad security lady has a really bad attitude I will never stay there anymore and not recommended at all

Staff was very friendly but the light sockets in our rooms did not work, but one only. Also twice during our 4 day stay our key room did not function so coming late we had to go to the front and ask to get in.

The night staff were super welcoming and very friendly. Had a good night's stay!

Very good hotel for a quick night after the airport and before heading to the beach. Very well cared for property.

It was not as expected! AC extremely noisy. Lost expensive items and recovered only inexpensive. Security not very impressive. I’ll give it a thought before I stay there again
