Staff were very helpful. Good value for the money. Hot tub was working, pool was clean, rooms were spotless. Location is great.we enjoyed our stay.

We were so happy to have good sleeps on perfectly balanced mattresses that were not too soft and not too hard and the sheets were so soft It was great having a choice of two kinds of pillows too, which made all the difference in the world!

Room was very clean and reasonable price. Love hot tub in the room!!

A convenient stopping point in Kamloops. The room was clean and tidy with a bathtub actually in the room! The interior is a little dated with the sink outside the bathroom. The staff were very helpful with dealing with an issue with noise in the room from either electrical machinery or the nearby ice machine. The breakfast was continental style and the breakfast room was very crowded at 8am. Be aware that there is no elevator in the property. There are amenities close by with a gas station across the road and a supermarket nearby.

The bathroom requires an upgrade or at least repairs as toilet roll holder was falling off of the wall

Room was clean, staff were excellent and really polite. Breakfast was mediocre. Location was very convenient and easy to find. A ton of amenities within a 5 minute drive.

We have stayed in this Hotel on several occasions and it never disappoints. Everything we need for our days away from home.

Your team was most accommodating. We departed super early and they made a point of pulling g together some fruit, yogurt and muffins s for us to take on the road.

Clean rooms, heated outdoor pool. Clean facility close to restaurants and amenities. Breakfast was buffet style and good

From the hotel point of view, the room, quality, and the staff, everything was excellent! What I can add is, I don’t think I’ve ever had as bad a complementary breakfast in any other hotel ever. Would have been better off with a bagel and some pastries. That said I would return and go out for breakfast.

Enjoyed the breakfast and the lovely lady who made sure the food trays were resupplied.Very helpful and pleasant staff. Good location to walk to a few restaurants.

Nice place to stay, but on Expedia even when you select the “pet-friendly” room and rate the hotel still up charges you a $20 fee per dog at check-in. I had two dogs. This waa equivalent to a 25% price hike. I don’t believe in hidden fees, and the rate on Expedia should reflect the final cost.
