Room was clean, spacious but no amenities like Water boiler, Tea, Coffee etc. Plenty of parking outside which is why we stayed here. Bit far away from city centre but I guess nothing to see in Jerez. We stayed on our way to Cedez

Good value for money

My first night at the hotel wasn't pleasant because I couldn't connect to the wifi internet. I complained to them 4 times that evening. They repeatedly telling me they had reset the wifi. The answer I wanted to hear was that allow us to change your room to a location with better connectivity. The next day i complained to the manager and he responded he will look into it. I returned around kate afternoon to find out that the hotel agent knew nothing about my complaint. Lack of communication. The agent changed my room and I had no issues with my wifi connection. The hotel was clean and the rates were reasonable. This hotel isn't for someone who needs to do business but only used for a place to sleep.

Hotel was lovely and very easy to find. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room was spacious and airy and we had a lovely view overlooking the stadium. My only complaint is the food! They have a 24 hour cafe but they only serve fresh food at breakfast time and that was disappointing. We were told that the restaurant opened from 8.30pm to 10.30pm so we waited for it to open - expecting some fresh food. However when we came down to dinner it was the same menu as the 24hr cafe and nothing was fresh. It is a pity as everything else was top notch

Clean, comfortable hotel for a very reasonable price. Rooms quite modern and in good condition! Slightly away from town centre, attached to football stadium.

Easy to find and reasonable located to city center....did everything i expected in excellent comfort and facilities...

A good hotel close to the tourist sights in Jerez with enough free parking on site and nearby to make it easy to park our rental car. We arrived after a long day and enjoyed the 24 hour cafeteria service that enabled use to have a beer and satisfactory pizza in our room. Breakfast the next morning was very good. The room was clean, new, and quiet.

Comfortable, clean rooms. Well furnished. Good for business and good location near the fairgrounds.

Last night in Andalucia prior to departure from Jerez airport

We needed a hotel to crash for the night, and we found this was a good hotel.

The whole hotel cannot be considered modern, for example, the TV was circa 1980. The pillows were too high and despite our request for a cot none was provided. The "restaurant" served only pasta, pizza or hot dog style food. Something microwave-able. The waiter eventually arrived after several visits to the dining room without acknowledging clients or seeking eye-contact. Only to depart again carrying one empty plate each time. Estimated time to service - 20 mins. The waiter then disappeared again at bill time for 20 mins so I left a note on the table. I travel a lot for work (poss. 2-3 days per week) and it was an ok hotel but not good.
