Our stay at this resort was absolutely spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The resort itself is breathtaking, with beautifully maintained grounds, stunning ocean views, and luxurious accommodations that made us feel like royalty. The food was exceptional, with a variety of dining options that catered to every craving. Whether we were enjoying a gourmet meal at a fine-dining restaurant or a refreshing cocktail by the pool, everything was fresh and delicious. The amenities were top-notch! The spa was incredibly relaxing, the pools were crystal clear, and the private beach was the perfect place to unwind. The entertainment and activities kept us engaged, from exciting water sports to lively evening shows. Beautiful property, well maintained. Beach is just ok, water is brown and icky. If you aren't a Premier member they go out of their way to show that they really don't want you at the resort.

Everything was very clean. The food was very good. The entertainment was fun. The drinks were OK. The beach wasn’t great.

The vibe was excellent. Everyone was so helpful and the resort was very well kept.

We had a really good experience, and the room was really nice. Everybody was extremely friendly and happy to help if you had any questions.

Clean and organized facility. Friendly staff. For a high end all inclusive resort the house white and red wines were barely drinkable. This appears to be intentional so guests have to pay $200 US for a decent bottle of wine

Staff was nice and attentive. Room that we got was in the old building and it was not good. We have to changed the room and it was smelled from the shower. Restaurant and amenities was focus on members. Food in restaurants was charge if you want to get steak. Entertainment activities was good.

Great trip! Fun and engaging staff and met amazing friends. They do need morechairs by the fun pool so get there earlyif you want a seat.
