Clean, courteous staff Breakfast buffet looked tired though; some of the fruit was spoiled and cold cuts looked dry

Price High, Internet it’s a an extra. Order a Spaghetti for my son in room service, they forget the order took 1 hour, charge for the room delivery and the tips 40$ for a spaghetti. Not impressed.

Great location, walkable distance to any major attractions, Christmas markets and ski rink right cross the street. Staffs are very nice!

The hallways are cold, the room is horrible and they charge extra for internet.

Beautiful room, clean and freshly renovated. Very quiet, large room with a comfortable bed. Great stay close to Vieux Quebec with plenty of restaurants and shopping options. Second Cup is next door if you don't want to eat breakfast at the hotel.

The staff was fantastic, and the room was clean, but unfortunately the air conditioning unit was incredibly loud - and would run then shut off, then run then shut off, multiple times throughout the night, which kept waking me up. The shower water also took a significant amount of time to heat up, and there was no middle ground: either the water was scalding, or too cold. The hotel is well looked after, and in a great location, but it's also definitely showing its age.

The location of this property was great. It was close to all the shopping and restaurants. Staff was helpful and friendly. I had a wonderful stay.

Outstanding property right at the entrance to Old Town Quebec City. Everything is within walking distance!
