Stayed in a King Suite with an ocean view at Ocean Promenade Hotel and overall had a really nice experience. The room was beautiful, super clean, and had a small kitchen stocked with most of the essentials, which was a great bonus. The balcony was a nice feature, though it could use a better clean and the patio furniture felt a bit dated. The bed was a little too firm for my personal preference, but still comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. You can hear the train passing by, which is definitely loud, but oddly enough it added a bit of a romantic, seaside vibe. The lobby was under construction during our stay, and check-in was slower than expected, which wasn’t ideal. That said, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. One downside is that onsite parking felt overpriced. Overall, a great stay with a few minor areas for improvement, but the location and room quality really stand out.

Location was great, parking is limited but we were able to find street parking. No microwaves on site, we like to pack food but were not able to heat it up

Excellent staff and accommodations!! Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean which made it ever better!! The hotel is right on the water and is super close to many shops and restaurants. Would DEFINITELY stay again!!☺️

It's always a great experience staying here-- the rooms are great; clean, and with big, comfy beds, and the location is fabulous. The coffee shop downstairs is great too.

None of requests were honored. Room faced Street and train tracks, noise from traihn and just pattsby was loud. Psy for parking? Don't bother staying here.

Disappointed in room location as we were expecting a view of some sort. We had a problem with late night noise in the room next to us that contributes until after midnight and wasn't dealt with by the front desk approximately in our option. We were disappointed in this
