Great staff, everything is cozy and clean!

We arrived at the hotel 30 minutes early before the 3pm check-in. We were told our room was not ready yet. We were then told that if we would accept a $30 charge our room would now be magically ready. We were appalled at this sleezy attempt to squeeze out more money from us. We decided not to pay the extra charge and we waited in the lobby until the receptionist decided to check us in. Shame on you that you would treat customers this way. The hotel was great in every other way. The breakfast was good and the room was nice. Probably won’t stay here again though.

A smaller hotel than you might think from the website. Lots of parking. Location in south Etobicoke was convenient for our needs and price was reasonable. Room was clean but narrow. A bit awkward for 3 people. Ground floor room had access to outside and parking lot. No elevator if you were on 2nd floor. Bathroom was clean with adequate towels. Breakfast room was busy at 7 am. Not a lot of spaces provided, although tents were set outdoors for additional guests. Good range of breakfast items and good coffee. Staff were at desk when needed for check in and out.

Staff is really friendly

The Stay Inn is a very clean and comfortable hotel. We only stayed one night so it's hard to say how close everything is since we didn't have much time to explore the surroundings. Would recommend for it's price and comfort. Thanks

Room was spacious and comfy. Hallway noise seems to echo and mornings are on the louder side. Cleaning staff really need to be more mindful of other guests while cleaning, yelling and arguing while waking guests due to slamming doors and obnoxious behaviour isn’t acceptable. It only happened the first morning there, as they were confronted with some very tired guests after travelling all day/evening. This hotel doesn’t offer a laundry service as stated online, they have a washer/dryer available to use but make sure you bring your own loonies or you will end up walking to the gas station to get some like we had to :(

I didn't use the amenities, so I can't comment on them. However, the room was clean and quiet and the parking was readily available.

I was very surprised with the quality of the hotel! It’s also not very far from downtown if you’re driving ! Definitely recommend staying here.
