The manager is brilliant friendly helpful as was the otherstaff

Hotel is clean and the people are friendly. It was perfect for what I needed at a good price.

The room was lovely with a view over the mountains. It was spotlessly clean. We arrived very late at night and the receptionist could not have been more helpful. Would happily stay there again.

Rooms needed painting but other than that it was good.

Been coming to this hotel for the last five years each time a different experience NO MINI FRINGE LIKE STATED ALL BEEN REMOVED WHICH I NEED FOR Medication the bar chages it prices every time you go and get a drink same drink every time started off at 5 euros going up to 9.50 euros MY MEDICATION THE BAR CHANES IT PRICE EVERY TIME

Staff were not pleasant or accommodating. There was a charge for absolutely everything. Gym was dirty and poorly maintained. Food was low quality. No place to go outside the hotel. It was a hundred dollar taxi ride from airport. We do not recommend this hotel.

Basic hotel. Staff friendly. Nothing in walking distance. Pay for coffee, no kettle of facilities to make tea if English! Garage up road has food if you don’t want to eat at hotel or travel. £20 taxi to Mijas is worth every penny

Very very hit.

Absolutely appalling stay here. Was here as a large group for a wedding nearby - check in was easy and a pleasant drink on the terrace however this is where it stops. Booked this resort due to the facilities on offer with the beautiful pool as per the photos - the pool was dirty and not in use due to not being cleaned for the season. Queried at reception and was told to email the manager. The rooms are dated, dirty and uncomfortable. Beds are old, like camp beds and hard and squeaky. Breakfast was €10 per person. Coffee poor and breakfast items not topped up so poor and limited choice available. Dreadful stay. Would never return or recommend.

Pool was not clean

It’s a lovely hotel, setting is beautiful. The rooms are a bit tired and dated but clean. Comfortable beds and lovely immaculate bedlinen. The staff are helpful and attentive - very nice people

No wi fi in the rooms .No one English speaking channel on TV.No area to seat outdoors( indoors was nice but very cold).I had trouble and felt unsafe since I complain about someone who did not allowed me to park under the cover because he decided to keep his cheap car under the cover because of the rain and he used 2 parking spots.( he refuse to move for me)The next day my rent car was damage on site I believe from a kick of the foot.I never experience anything like this as a driver for more than 30 years.

Lovely hotel , downside swimming pool closed water was black what was remaining in the pool with water bugs swimming around . No tv control in the room after informing reception twice

No WiFi in the room the restaurant couldn't fulfil the full menu the building was tired The only good thing was the staff who were excellent

Lovely hotel apart from the smoke coming from the chimney left me feeling so rough with sore throat and blocked nose when i complained was told it was from the log fire

Lovely surroundings, light and spacious areas to sit in and lovely outside area. The outside area in not accessible for anyone with a wheelchair or mobility scooter. More ramps are needed

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Large size rooms with nice big beds and a decent size bathroom too. Shower was over the bath and there were two sinks. Lovely big balcony area with a table and chairs and the area is very peaceful. TV and a mini bar in the room and a small coffee machine where you could buy a pack of coffee pods if required. The restaurant is lovely, great buffet breakfast and menu for lunches and evening meals is really nice. There is seating inside and out near to the pool area (pool lovely with sun loungers). You will need either a car or use taxis here due to being in the campo! Taxi to Malaga town from here cost around €60 (September 2024). Staff are all lovely, would stay here again.

No wifi, only at the recepcion area.

We have stayed at this hotel many times pre covid and this was our first time back since 2018. Firstly the staff in the main are very friendly,polite and speak english so well I am embarassed how non existent my Spanish is. However,one or two of the dining staff could do with some basic training in basic service etiquette. I must mention Mohammed and Anna along with an older gentleman who were outstanding and caring. The main gripe of all the guests is the abysmal WiFi which outside of the reception area was practically non existent. We paid for a balcony overlooking the pool so I could shelter from the sun but still enjoy the view but neither the balcony or room could connect with the WiFi at all. Therefore paying the extra was a comlete waste of money. I spent the holiday reading in reception. The hallway carpets are the original from our first ever visit and are quite threadbare now and need changing. This hotel COULD be a lovely boutique hotel with great facilities otherwise and lovely staff but as is sadly we will not be returning soon.
