Property looked really rough from the outside. The rooms however, were well appointed, clean, and comfortable! I would suggest that the owners renovate the historic parts of the hotel that have quite a story!

Our room 229 was in the newly renovated section and was very good. As the entry/ stairway and halls have not all yet been renovated it is a bit off putting but once the renovated area is reached the discomfort vanishes. Keep up with the modernization and the hotel should do very well the staff is very helpful and pleasant and the rate well priced

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Amenities are very basic. Small bar fridge. No microwave in room (out in lobby). No continental breakfast. Service was OK. Did not feel value for the money spent.

Nice clean room. Loved having access both inside and outside to the parking lot on the main level. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful - pleasure to deal with. Definitely recommend.

The person at the registration desk was very helpful and accommodated our request to be on the ground floor and have our own exit from the room. There was no microwave or coffee maker in the room, but those things were available in the foyer. There is a lovely restaurant close by. We would have appreciated a tv guide so we would know which channels actually work.

Having coffee available in the mornings would be nice since the closest restaurant (easy walking distance) doesn't open until 8am.
