Check-in was easy and our room was great. Beds were very comfortable. Affordable place and would stay again.

Check in was nice and easy but when can we expect elongated toilets?

Really a very run down place. I cannot recommend it.

Pulled sheets back and they were dirty! looked like feces on the sheet and hair on the downside of the pillows. Went to the front desk, the employee said he could give me sheets to change the bed - I said I wasn't touching it... so they gave us another room. The showers in both rooms had orange mold along the seams and on the grouting. Floors were gritty Not a clean place to stay

Very good reception, spotless, quiet, great for the dog , super.

Floor had big gaps in it. TV was very streaked. Room was decent, bed was comfortable. Let us check in 1 hour early which was nice. Will stay here again

The room was fine, everything was clean and nice. I didnt realise there wouldnt be a microwave in the room. I believe there is one on site (common use), but i didnt use it.

Terrible place. Would not even advise any body to go there.

Room was clean, came with all amenities as stated on the website, and check in/check out was seamless.

The front desk clerk was unwilling to move me to A ground floor room, which I was hoping for for security travelling cross country with a lot of items in my car. He claimed they were fully booked. The parking lot was fairly empty and rooms were still available online. His attitude was unhelpful and he very much gave the impression that he was just too lazy to reprint the paperwork to put me in the room I would have preferred.

The door to the parking lot didn’t work and made it inconvenient for me and my grandmother who can’t walk far.

Clean room. Comfortable bed

Front office staff at check in gave me the impression of fraud. I questioned it and so did another person checking in. I’d never stay here again.

Everything was very goid

Perfect for what we needed. Simple. Clean. Staff great. Zero complaints.

Check in staff were very courteous and professional. The free coffee and tea in the morning helps when you have to walk out into the cold. 🙂
