Spacious clean rooms and friendly helpful staff. Particularly liked the outdoor hot tubs, dry sauna, and proximity to town.

Short stay, but it was great overall!

Feels like an older motel, needs updating. Our room smelled like old cigarette smoke. Room was clean, sink slow to drain. Bed was comfortable. We were able to hear people talking and moving around above us on the second floor. Hot tub and pool were clean and a good temperature. Rooms are only cleaned and stocked on the 3 rd day but I had to call and ask for this to be done . Room fan is very loud and even with fan on hi cool the room was hot by the middle of the night. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Whiskey Jack restaurant is located adjacent to the hotel, food was decent. Guest at the Tonquin gets 10% off their meals . Overall we had a gd stay.

The ‘ac’ was totally useless. Turned to the coldest temp to no avail. Slept uncomfortably as a result

Heater turned itself on in the middle of the night and tried to cook us. Spent the rest of the night with the door open trying to get some sleep. The overall experience was decent the room turning into a sauna was terrible. The staff was quite friendly and knowledgeable.

Room was really tight - bed was up against the window- window was not really working - screen was out - but beds were clean comfy and very eviting for pets. Treats - and bowls for pets was a wonderful treat.

Has free self serve laundry facility, but closes at 9PM - too early. No eating options on site. But there is a starbucks within walking distance for breakfast and a couple of restaurants that you can walk to as well. Be cautious if you have pet allergies. My kids do and they had to be on anti histamines the entire stay.

We stayed in a suite for a few nights with our two dogs. It was a great set up for pets and our room was equipped with bowls and two pet beds. I called ahead to confirm that our room was actually pet friendly as we have had issues in the past booking “pet friendly” hotels through Expedia and then arriving to the hotel to only no-pet rooms available. They had a welcome note with our dogs’ names, treats, and extra poop bags in the room for us when we arrived. The hotel had lots of areas to take your pets out and even had treats for sale in the main office. The suite itself was great with a fireplace and lots of space. The restaurant attached to the hotel also has a pet friendly patio which was really lovely. The rooms and the heating/cooking system are a bit dated but the room was really clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable beds, clean and quiet.

We were only there for one night, but it was very good. Very clean, staff was excellent. We were happy to see how busy they were too.

It was a pleasant stay , I liked that my pet was welcome. The room wasn’t as nice as I expected for the price compared to many other places I’ve stayed . There was no parking so after a very long drive it was stressful trying to find a spot for my small car as there was no parking. I had to pack my belongings quite far to get them to my room . I inquired about where to smoke as it says there is smoking areas and was told I could smoke outside my room but not by doors which wasn’t possible . There were spots on the carpet that looked like accidents from other ppls pets and it’s been 2 days and I still haven’t received my deposits for the two rooms I booked and it’s been over 3 days. It’s not terrible but my experience was not worth the cost .

Enjoyed our time at the tonquin inn as usual. Always a good place to stay in Jasper. Clean and reliable. Thanks again

The property was very clean and the staff was super nice.

Very nice for dog owners. Pet welcome package and dog park.

Room was a bit hot, even with the portable AC unit it stayed quite warm. Noticed the heat register seemed to be on in the bathroom. Might have been the time of year where they were getting away from winter temperatures to summer. Doors or some noise seemed to be slamming quite late into the night. Otherwise the pool and hot tub were pleasant as well as the attached restaurant.
