The property is very old. Poorly maintained. The bathroom fixtures and faucets are not working. The carpet smell like sweat. I called and left a message for Customer Service to come and fix the bathroom leaking faucet. After waiting for quite some time, I have to go downstairs to the front desk because nobody called back. Certainly, the place is not worth the money that you pay for.

Clean room, great staff, laundry facilities available and free to use. Gym, sauna and pool, (loved that)! Overall great service.

For the price not worth it, but it seems this area is in high demand.

Stayed for one night only. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Convenient location .coffee in the lobby good idea. Pry you but then I found all hotels a little too expensive.

Overall it was good. Just thought the pillows were too soft

The staff at reception is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are outdated, packed with furniture and very dark. The bed was comfortable.

Room was okay, felt a bit dated and dingy with windows looking out onto other properties so couldn't really keep the curtains open. Staff were fine, on check in they were moody and unforthcoming but not rude.

I really enjoyed staying at the Tonquin. It was really quiet, even thought it was on the main road. The room was very clean, and the staff were great. I loved the grounds, with the patio and gazebo. We also had a meal at Whisky Jacks- which was delicious.

We had a very nice suite with a full kitchenette and living room. It is very conveniently located to the amenities in the town of Jasper and also to a beautiful walking path. I wish I had stayed longer at this hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

Front desk staff was very helpful in suggestions and directions to various activities and locations.

The room was 90 degrees and the heat/cool unit just blew hot air. We were told to open the windows and it would cool off at night. We did but there was a screen that was the wrong size by 3” so the room got full of bugs. Was not nice after a long day on the road. The cost was high because it was right in Jasper with a nice view. Staff were nice. Just way too hot in the room.

We were handicapped challenged and were out on second floor. Room was small and no walk in shower. There was one elevator which was not convenient to where we had to park and drag luggage back and forth. It was sufficient. Check in was busy and crowded.

The rooms are very tiny. Like sleeping in a closet. Bathroom is the size of an old phone booth

The room was old and outdated. For the price we paid we expected something much nicer and up to date.

The room was large and had all the amenities we needed, but it was quite hot in the room. A portable AC unit has been installed in the room, but it was very loud, so we could not keep it on overnight. Wifi was technically available, but would constantly drop out, so it was not useful at all.

The place was vacant and quite inexpensive for the beautiful property.
