Wonderful hotel in the heart of the city. A bit challenging to reach it by car, but nevertheless what an experience! The room and interior was amazing. Marina from the reception was very helpful, sharing lots of tips and advice - thank you again. Breakfast was amazing as well, not very often you can have Cava for breakfast. Cheers!

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. However, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others. The rooms were far too hot for the weather in Granada. After checking in, we spent the day exploring the city and returned late in the evening only to find that the room was extremely warm, with no air conditioning available. Unfortunately, the experience was made worse by the response from the front desk. The receptionist was not helpful and simply stated that there was nothing she could do. Although she offered a fan, we were told that we had to carry it to the room ourselves. Overall, while the property itself is attractive and well situated, the lack of air conditioning and poor customer service made our stay uncomfortable

Great location, close to main historic places, clean, great breakfast, parking on site for $22 euros per night but super convenient to not have to go out to find a parking place. Love it an plan to stay there again.

The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and very comfortable, with a calm atmosphere that made it easy to relax after exploring the city. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, and everything was spotless and well maintained. A highlight was the breakfast — fresh, delicious, and with an excellent variety each morning. It felt much more personal and high quality than a typical hotel breakfast. The location was also great for exploring Granada on foot. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming and comfortable hotel experience.

We booked a triple room and it was clear they had stuck an extra bed in a twin room! There was hardly any space to move around once we had our luggage in the room. Very disappointed. The location is great though.

Great location and hotel

The room was clean and comfortable and the location was great, just a quick walk to the cathedral. The shower was difficult to use without getting water all over the floor- not designed for someone taller than 5’5”. The breakfast was fine except that decaf coffee wasn’t available. (There were packets of instant.)

The hotel was better than I expected. The room was spacious, beds comfortable, bathrooms spotless, front desk staff were friendly and gave great recommendations for where to eat. It was very quiet at night so we got a great nights sleep every night. I would stay here again next time we visit Granada.
