Decent hotel with good amenities with good access to the Excel centre.

We booked in advance for 7 people for 7 nights. I was then asked for individual names to confirm for the individual bookings only a few hours before check-in. These should all have been under one name for ease of check-in. Then when checking in we were told there were only 6 bookings and we needed to pay for an additional room. The email sent to confirm the names included 7 individual booking references and so we shouldn't of had an issue at all. All in all we booked 11 rooms in the same hotel, with an additional one being purchased on the night. We should have received better treatment considering the amount of money we had spent at the hotel and I am severely disappointed with how difficult they made the check-in process.

Great location near to Excel and O2 plus tube and bus services close by. Room was clean, bed comfy, staff pleasant and breakfast lovely.

The beds for the children were terrible, nothing to stop the pillows falling off the bed and the mattress in to half's kept leaving a gap for the kids to fall in, and one mattress also slipped off on to floor. Cheap toilet paper kept making the toilet back up. Breakfast was good but encountered the most unhelpful staff at the buffet.

All round a great stay. Recommended especially for an event at The Excel.

Dirty rooms, no aircon, horrible beds and poor handling of issues by staff. I would not recommend to anyone.

Room was clean. Staff were okay but forgot to turn on the television. We called several times and were told it would be attended to but it wasn’t and we were unable to watch anything overnight.

I had a well-rest experience at the hotel.

Check in was the only part that was ok. The room looked ok but in reality it wasn’t a 4 star hotel experience. The room was boiling hot and with a thermostat on the wall turning it to 15 degrees did nothing the room felt hot warmer than outside. The corridor was cooler. Called reception to asked about the air conditioning or if they had a fan they said they would sort something and call me back. This didn’t happen so had a room all night that was uncomfortable and unbearable heat. The toilet was separated from the bathroom but with no sink to wash hands and smaller than a wardrobe in side. At checkout the receptionist was rude,defensive and had an excuse for everything. She said we don’t have any service engineers late in the evening and it’s not air con it’s an air r cooling system and due to hot weather the rooms will be hot. Unhelpful and not apologetic at all. Wouldn’t recommend a stay and definitely not worth the money.

I would consider staying somewhere else.

I tried to have breakfast. I went at 9:50 a.m. They said they would not give it to me because there were only 10 minutes left. I went to the front desk and suggested changing the time from 10am to 9:50am since they refused to give me service. Their answerr was "Ok, thank you"

Second time of staying at this hotel for a concert at the o2. Faultless. Very smooth check-in. Staff who we encountered throughout were all lovely. Will be my go to place to stay any time I visit the o2.

Perfect hotel apart from the main door lock which didnt work one evening.
