Comfy beds. Clean today older style apartments.

We arrived late after the front desk was closed so it took a while to know how we were supposed to check in but got that finally straightened out. From desk personel when open were very friendly and helpful. There was no recycling bin in the suite which would be nice as they ask you to please recycle

Really great location

Great location for beach and shopping centre. Felt a bit hassled by staff when we had late check in due to long drive, could have just said they’d leave a key instead of asking us to call/email office etc.

Nicely located property close to the broadbeach centre. Resort is on the smallish side but has all the amenities for a pleasant stay. Staff were courteous and helpful. Resort is slightly dated but very clean.and the Lifts are super fast compared to spme resorts. I would recommend this resort and would stay again.

Not a bad place for the price

Great location with surface transportation a very short walk away. Close to the beach and restaurants. Exceeded our expectations

Convenient to beach and opposite to Pacific Fair. Everything in walking distance plus small gym and pool which my husband used.. all you need for a comfortable stay

Apartment was a bit dated but in general ok.

The property was amazing and clean and has a GREAT affordable cafe downstairs. Everything at Neptune Resort was presented beautifully. The only comment i have is the gym facility is tony which is not reflected in the pictures on the website

Clean property. Friendly staff. We stayed in the “superior” 2 bed apartment. I would definitely call it “standard” not superior. Photos online were NOT of the correct apartment. They showed the 1 bed superior which had been renovated. The 2 bed has much smaller kitchen & bathroom than pictured and was decorated in 1980. Not new decor. One of the single beds had a badly broken spring- unable to sleep on. The staff changed it out to new beds that day. Quick service. We were a little bit disappointed with the amount we paid for superior only to receive “standard”, however it was clean & close to the beach, restaurants & shopping.

The location

Perfect location for us - a block away from the beach and across from The Star for our Magic Millions shuttle bus. Already planning next year to stay longer!

Bathroom & toilet areas old and could do with renovation upgrade

This is the 2nd time stay and would certainly recommend, so close to shopping transport and the beach. We were upgraded to a bigger room and the view was beautiful After our flights were cancelled (twice) Kathy and the team were very kind to let us stay an extra night We will be returning and will recommend the Neptune to friends and family Thank-you Neptune

A very comfortable unit with a great pool and spa, great location with just a short walk to the beach and Pacific Fair shopping centre.

The interior is a little bit old, but very clean. Only 5 minutes walk to beach and pacific fair shipping mall, very convenient.
