I stayed here to attend AFCON Nigeria Algeria match. Hotel was good, clean, friendly staff. The carpet in the hallways were difficult to walk on but nothing serious. I like hotels with big bustling lobbies. This wasn’t one. It has an average lobby. The food was good. Freshly made pancakes and Fruit juices.

Had an amazing stay at Kenzi Rose Garden in Marrakech! The location is unbeatable - it's like being in a peaceful oasis . My room was spotless and comfy, with a lovely Moroccan vibe . Great service and easy check in. Easy access, heated pool and staff are ready to help. Hotel need a big renovation as you can see from the look of it. The rooms are outdated and required a lot of repairs.

Stayed for a short 3 night stay at the Kenzie rose garden and wish it had of been longer. Such a fantastic place. What immediately stood out for me was the beautiful smell and cleanliness of the foyer/reception area. This was a theme that carried on throughout the hotel. The rooms are immaculate with good facilities within including a fridge and complimentary safe. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast is of high quality and there was lots of choice. The pool area is fantastic and the gardens around it are very well maintained. The hotel is around a 15 walk to the medina/souks. If you are considering a break in Marrakesh the kenzi rose garden is a fantastic choice of accommodation, you won’t be disappointed.

Breakfast is beautiful

Room was great. Missed a balcony but given it is a city hotel that's understandable. Reception staff friendly. Found pool/restaurant staff abit offish towards myself and my husband and we felt it was because we were English.

Clean rooms, spacious and good facilities but hotel needs some modernisation to be true 6 star.

Rooms not as clean as a five star hotel should be

Hotel was very suitable for a 1 night stay. Most important aspect to me with a short stay is a clean and comfortable bed which they provided well. The room would have gotten 5 stars for cleanliness instead of 4 because of the floor which had not been mopped/cleaned in a while - hard floor in room was very dirty. We ate the free breakfast which was very good for a free breakfast. We also had the dinner buffet which I found only adequate; very much lacking in flavor and quality. Desserts looked like they would have been exceptional, but were far from it and not worth a single calorie. Staff was very nice. Although we didn’t have time to use the expansive pool area it looked like the perfect place to spend a relaxing day.
