The hotel was lovely- felt small and cosy even though it was quite big. It had a family atmosphere, with a relaxed vibe. The food was lovely and varied. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative to our stay was the gym which was dated and didn’t reflect the standard of the rest of the hotel.

The rooms were good, Staff worked very hard. The food was great. For an all inclusive resort, we were not impressed. The entertainment was Horrible. If you do not drink and do not smoke this resort will not be for you. I stayed 5 nights and saw one show. Upon arrival from such a long flight we were tired and extremely hungry and no food or snacks were available upon arrival. We had to wait until the main restaurant was open to eat. No food available after 11 pm. it was just not what I have experienced in other resort that are all inclusive.

Spectacular views from Premium Seaview room, No 502. Food exceptionaly well prepared, something for everyone. Rich menu. The best food in Greece I ever had. Staff professional, polite and welcoming. Beach excellent. Would come again. Highly recomend.

Stunning all-inclusive place with exceptional food and customer service. Rooms were meticulously cleaned, The beach was incredible and the restaurants had different themed food days throughout the week. The Spa is also something that must be experienced as the Cretan message is unique on its own.-We were really able to unwind and enjoy after hopping the islands. Highly recommended!

The food was 10/10 at this resort. Everyday there was a fresh spread, the hotel smelt beautifully, and the staff was kind. Daria at the front desk really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. The beds were on the softer side, and a bit uncomfortable but more pros than cons!

We had such a great time! The beach was beautiful with a lot of seating options and the app was really helpful for keeping up with activities and food options.
