Wonderful hotel. Hotel Room is on a small size.

Le Manoir Richelieu is on a beautiful piece of property, with a gorgeous view of the St Lawrence. Unfortunately the grounds are very unkempt and the gardens are full of weeds. There was only one staff available to check in guests at at 6 desk counter. This is a large hotel. Our king, water view room was basic and tired. On the other hand, the breakfast and bar meal we had were quite good.

J'ai adoré mon séjour au Manoir! L'accès au spa gratuit c'est vraiment génial. Pas besoin de sortir à l'extérieur, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour rester et relaxer à cet hôtel. Même si la chambre n'est pas prête, nous pouvons laisser nos bagages et profiter des installations. Petite mention pour le restaurant Alégro pas tellement loin qui était fantastique!

Staff was welcoming and pleasant. However, we had to ask several times before issue of room being too cold was addressed.

staff are what makes the experience. From check in interaction to pool lounge kindness of a short young lady that was always smiling from ear to ear to the cherry on top Julie at Bellerive for dinner . The room itself was so so. Sleeper sofa in a deluxe room that slept 6 ( we were 4 ) was one of the worst I have seen in my life. They need to be retired lol. The drivers were also super helpful and made it convenient when coming from the train.

Enregistrement trop long ça a pris presque une heure ce qui est inacceptable aussi ils n’ont pas fait la chambre la deuxième journée que nous étions là ,ce qui était bien c’était le golf. Le golf était superbe. Ils n’ont pas voulu nous donner le forfait Golf parce que nous avions réservé les chambres avec Expedia ce que l’on trouve regrettable pour une compagnie comme ça. Merci

The room is comfortable and old style. The decorative hallway and dining area are prestigious. The waiters are nice. The receptionist was not informative.

This hotel is well past its prime and it is clear they are relying on the name to sell rooms. The food, service, staff and fixtures are not to the Fairmount name and standard.

Everything from our arrival till last day of our stay was just perfect. We are planning to come back again. Thank you.

The location is absolutely gorgeous very tranquil and very fresh air that makes you sleepy all the time

notre chambre était grande mais sombre, une seul fenêtre... il n'y avait pas de chauffage dans la chambre(il faisait très froid) , l'hôtel nous a fourni une chaufferette d' appoint (bruyant)... pour y être aller plusieurs fois, c'était une première??? Pour le déjeuner, il y a eu des changements. les petits crêpes ne sont plus roulées et au beurre d'érable, mais déposé carré tout croche et au sirop d.érable foncé. Pour moi , la chaine Fairmont est un 5 étoiles. Je suis venu plusieurs fois dans cette hôtel, il y a eu beaucoup d'amélioration et je comprends les difficultés pour rester un 5 étoiles mais c'est votre défi. Coupé sur des détails que les gens appréciait au déjeuner, n'est pas fort. je suis venu pour l'anniversaire de ma femme et pour le prix dépenser pour 3 jours, nous aurions été capable d'aller dans le sud dans un 5 étoiles pour une personne. cela me fera réfléchir pour l'an prochain. il ne faut jamais oublié que la compétition est féroce et qu'il y a beaucoup d'offre sur le marché souvent les petites choses font la différence. Il ne faut pas changer des valeurs sur et gagnantes. Merci

The Manoir Richelieu is not the excellent hotel-resort it used to be. Lack of staff was reflected in many facets such as upkeep, restaurant menus, service and price. Very expensive for the quality and choice of restaurant food. Room was as expected and comfortable.

The indoor and outdoor pool area were great and well maintained. The view from the room was amazing, well worth the upgrade.

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous
