I wish there was a small store where we could buy water and snacks. But other than that, great hotel.

Aurait besoin d’être revampé, je comprends qu’on veuille y aller dans le style classique, mais les couloirs ressemble à un RPA. Les draps de notre lit étaient usés et ne représentaient pas la qualité d’un hotel 5 étoiles. Les fauteuils étaient usés et peu confortables, dommage car nous avions une superbe vue sur le fleuve. La qualité de l’eau de la piscine extérieure chauffée était très douteuse. Cependant, tout et quand je tout, je veux dire vraiment tout le personnel de l’établissement sont merveilleux et efficaces!

Pool was ok but a lot of stuff was floating.

The hotel and surrounding are beautiful!!! Lots to do every body….very well maintained…stuff is helpful and kind. The only downside is parking. There is just not enough of it! The people that come just for the casino park in free hotel guest parking area and then the guest are stuck paying 43$ per day for valet parking! Which is not cool! We ended up paying 100$ for 2 nights 3 days stay for valet parking.

Clean room

A very dissapointed stay, the hotel is very old and not well maitained, we had peeling paint in the bathroom, the bottom of the door all damage, it felt like the place is abandonned, no ambiance and very expensive for what it is, The site is beautiful but the rooms are extremely dated, no seperate heating system in the bathroom so vey cold abnd uncomfortable, in short is not up to date and for the price not a good value at all.

J'aurais aimé savoir à l'avance qu'un bal de finissant de HEC avait lieu en même temps que notre séjour. Se retrouver au beau milieu d'un spring break alors que notre but était de relaxer a terni un peu notre séjour. Nous avons même pas pu accéder au spa les 48 premières heures en raison des partys organisés avec les finissants qui monopolisaient l'endroit. Si j'avais su à l'avance, j'aurais réservé ailleurs tout simplement.

Enjoyable et many activities for the spring break with kids.

Staff were often unable to answer our room service calls, and on a few occasions we were given incorrect information, which was frustrating. There is also a $39 daily valet fee, and the valet did not assist with loading our luggage into the car when we left. That said, the outdoor pool and skating rink are excellent and were highlights of our stay.

Tout simplement parfait!!!

It was a 1 night stay for my wife's birthday. The room was clean and spatious (the 2 beds could have been king, not double). The staff was very kind and curteous. The heated outside pool was really nice. The kids enjoyed the playroom on 2nd floor. For a 5 stars hotel I would expect to have a minibar in the room and slippers to go to the pool.
