The hotel gave us complimentary upgrade (all 5 rooms) . The seniors in our group really appreciate the view from their rooms.

Arrived before checkin time, staff was happy to accommodate our parked vehicle while we took in a boat tour of the falls. And when we requested an upper room to view the falls and fireworks even better, we were placed on the top floor! All rooms have a view of the fireworks, but we appreciated being on the 17th floor! Very Nice facilities, only comment would be the short time elevator doors stay open, when trying to navigate a luggage cart in.

We booked this hotel through Expedia for a great price only to get there and be told there was a glitch in Expedia’s system and we should have been notified that the reservation was cancelled. 3 hours from home and hear that. Expedia do better!

The hotel was clean and the parking was easy. There's a nightly fireworks at the falls that was really nice to see every night from our hotel windows.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean.

There was a Starbucks! Staff was polite….. Marissa was very helpful and a great personality. Close walking distance to centre…. Didn’t like that the main restaurant was closed, but they had a main floor smaller restaurant available.

Very nice stay. Front desk was very good. Room was nice and clean. Too many security guards made it feel little uncomfortable. Younger Indian security guards were nice. Some older security people will just stare you constantly. Pools were nice but felt like too much chemicals our eyes were burning. Very nice overall stay. Pool and security situation were little off.

Clean and well appointed room but the bed was very uncomfortable. It had no support in the centre and we had to sleep on the edges to keep from falling in to the middle. Disappointing.

Great hotel great staff

We all were not please with the hotel. Group of Six! But One couple had there Room cancelled and gave it to someone else! We know who got there room and NOT Pleased! They booked Six months ago…… only One restaurant able to use due to this group of people taking over the hotel. Disgusted with the whole experience! We understand things happen but the hotel should have kept us together as a group! The hotel moved the One couple to a Sister property but that was not the point. They split the 6 of us up and made it difficult for our group vacation together. 👎But we would like to send a High Five to Marissa! She was awesome!!!!!

The hotel was clean, approx 7 min walk to the falls and OLG Stage for events. The staff at the front were very helpful, checked in early and made sure we had priority since getting to the hotel earlier than 4 PM. The breakfast was great at Buchanans that I would recommend to pay extra for the breakfast in the morning (upgraded/not continental). Room was the US Fallsview with soaker tub and walk in shower. Excellent view of falls and fireworks.

This stay was interesting to say the least - there was a “private event” but nothing seen out of the ordinary event wise. Yet there was weird Foreign security guards staring at you and everywhere. Outside of elevators, outside the pool/arcade, in the lobby, etc. Didn’t have hotel logo or clothing on. Very confusing and intimidating for no reason. Will never stay here again.

Very clean beautiful room and friendly helpful staff. 10/10 recommend and will be back in the future.

Stayed here for 5 nights and it was fantastic. Was served warm chocolate chip and walnut cookies when we checked in. The staff was always friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel and grounds were very clean and well taken care of. Loved the pool and hotub. The hotel spa was amazing as well. Definitly recommend this place 👌
