Good staff. Good Room.

Room was clean, breakfast was great, however staff acted very strange when we asked why the phone lines were not turned on. they explained they turned off the lines due to a chaotic environment, which prevented me from being able to reach them when I couldn’t make my reservation that day. Rooms need to be updated and repaired due to small scuffings. Not the best I’ve stayed at.

Problema with WIFI and close the amenities and betch near of the hotel

We had a better experience here than we have had at more expensive hotels. Friendly and efficient reception staff at check in. Only fast food in the immediate walking vicinity. Next door is a shopping centre (clothing outlets) with supermarket but the room did not have a refrigerator or kettle/coffee making facility. Short drive to Massalfassar beach which is not the nicest. Hotel location has nothing going for it, except that it is quiet

Hotel nice, but at side of motorway ( which is why we chose it), small pool, walls thin as paper could hear next room talking and snoring all night

The staff were VERY friendly, attentive, and helpful. It was located right next to a supermarket and has a pool. The room we initially were given had mold spots in the shower and the room itself was extremely stuffy and humid. They were very responsive and moved us to another room that did not have traces of mold but that room was also had poor ventilation and the air was stagnant and heavy unless we opened the window completely.

Not far to drive to port for restaurants ( nice area) . Unable to walk despite not being far due to road though . Staff very friendly/ polite/ helpful. Room clean but walls could do with a scrub as a quite a few marks . Otherwise good . Pool area seemed nice but did not go in .
