The staff was great, especially Martin, he was truly the best and most attentive. The buffet breakfast was also great, a lot of choices. The reason I didn’t give it a 5 was because the valet service was on and off, not always available which was frustrating. The location is also top notch. We had a great time at our suite.

Clean, spacious room. Hot shower with lots of pressure. Comfy beds with extra pillows. Friendly, helpful staff. Huge breakfast spread included. Lovely pool and hot tub with chairs, loungers and restaurant. Great value for these amenities. Excellent location. We would definitely stay here again!

Staff very helpful and rooms are very clean , love that a Mall is next door (walking distance). Drivers for the hotel was very helpful in taking us where we wanted to go at a great price. We will be going back there in the future. Thank you Expedia

The stay was great however my check inn wasn’t first i booked my stay with Expedia and I pay in advance but when I reach they said that my booking wasn’t there so the give a new reservation so they could check for my original booking but it was more expensive then they said that they will charged me $140 and it will be on hold till I check out but the receptionist charge me instead now I still waiting for the reimbursement that was charge to my credit card.

Clean room

This hotel came up to all my expectations. Good room, hot water, friendly staff, EXCELLENT food in Le Petit Bistro, excellent location.

Hotel was but I think they need an upgrade you could see the tiles are old in the bathroom otherwise it ok not great

Shower door was broken. Towels were low quality. One breakfast staff was not courteous.
