Jamas pongo comentarios en Expedia pero esta vwz me senti estafado en México Extremadamente dañado , alfombra muy sucia, paredes cuarteadas , el baño tiraba agua , despintado ,todo el Hotel parece película de terror, lastima de la ubicación y las fotos no son reales, pague 1300 pesos por una habitación del terror, este hotel debe ser derrumbado, al piso del estacionamiento le puseron cera y esta demasiado resbaloso y la entrada es muy declinada y angosta, se siente uno inseguro pues de una patada abren la puerta, saltillo es hermoso 😍

Good parking and staff, but the room was not clean. Poorly maintained. Dirty in corners. Bed sheets not cleaned.

Anything you need is within walking distance of this hotel. Although it is definitely showing its age, there was ongoing maintenance to the facility. Parking available in the basement.

Hotel is in downtown, and has elevator, but the internet wasn’t working in the 5th floor

The place was dirty , dusty waiting area, tv was not working, the pool they advertised was empty, half of the buildings was abandoned and dirty, it smells old , we had no choice but stay , the reservation was non refundable, curtains broken , terrible ! A complete disappointment to what they advertised fake pictures, and the price way to high to what the offer a spooky hunted building, to bad is located on the heart of the city, that was the reason I booked it trusting on the location and on the advertise , wish I can get my money back😔

Not Clean . Very Old.

There was not privacy, the hotel booked contiguous rooms with noisy neighbors. During this pandemic they should not rent contiguous rooms and locate noise people in a separated area.

Ac was not blowing cold. Carpet was gross do not walk bare foot. It was hot in the room. I wouldn't stay here again.

Thr hotel is very old and dated, the hotel is not very clean. The hotel pool was unsble to be used because of the ckeanliness. The locks on the doors were brike.

Patio door lock totally broken on a second floor room. Dirty floor. Desk couldn't figure out that second towel and one roll of toilet paper could be provided even though housekeeper with key to supply room had gone home by taking them from other unoccupied room. Preferred to spend her time reading. Asked for nonsmoking, strong smell of smoke in room. Good location near historic center and shopping, bed comfortable.

For the price I just would say that it was good, the rooms need maintenance

This is an old hotel lacking a lot of updates, but the room was clean and the service was good. The roof-top pool was nice. The best part is the location if you're wanting to be downtown. The bed was old and very hard, but the hardness is par for the course in Mexico. The hall carpets were worn out and not clean and the elevator didn't seem to work very well...sometimes we waited for a long time and then just took the stairs. But over all would stay here again for the price and location.

Good price if you only require a place to stay, but nothing more. The hotel is an old bulding and a remodeling process is required, but the Staff was very kind when I needed a different room.

Old, tired hotel in old neighborhood. Advertised Wifi but it would not work in 3rd floor room or even in lobby. Room furnishings reasonably clean but in some disrepair. No air conditioning. Bathroom facilities were old but clean. Poorly lit room, no amenities that I was aware of. It Is fine for an inexpensive one night stay, but would be difficult to stay longer.

San Jorge is well located in downton Saltillo, good services and excelent restaurant view of town. Some details in the maintanance of the bathroom, but the overall experience was very good.

This hotel as one of the worst I ever stayed in. Terrible room. Toilet did not work. When we asked for heat because the room was very cold, we were told there was no heat in the hotel for the next several months. The place was ghastly, and what I want to know is how did Expedia give it such a good rating? At best, it should have been less than 1 star.
