The reception staff, dining room staff and cleaning staff were all lovely. We had booked a standard room which was spacious, bright and clean. The breakfast was excellent. We were disappointed that there was no fridge/mini bar, and the toilet took on average 10 minutes before you could flush it again. These are small things but they can make a difference.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Hotel is in a beautiful part of Ireland with stunning views. The room was spacious with everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were warm and friendly. The food at the restaurant was excellent with lots of choices. We had breakfast and dinner here which I would definitely recommend.

Great stay, great location. Was clean and tidy with good breakfast options. Pool area could do with a bit of modernising but overall good stay and nice hotel.

The BEST hotel we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in a lot of hotels. Cannot fault them on anything. We have already booked to stay again in a few weeks. SUPERB

The most rude staff I have ever experienced. Everyone and I can confidently say EVERYONE was sarcastic, rude, dismissive, and disrespectful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is beachy and relaxing. The gym is pleasant. The food area was very convenient and good with a variety to choose from for dinner. Breakfast also had a very nice selection.

There were some nice things about this property - overall it was well maintained on pleasant grounds. The breakfast was also very good. However, the air conditioner in our room did not work which resulted in a hot fitful sleep, and a musty-smelling room. The mattress is also not what I would expect for a hotel of this calibre. When we mentioned the concern about the temperature to staff they simply said “oh I’m sorry.” When we went to use the pool we were unable to access it as a swimming lesson was being held in the pool. Overall, not good value for this hotel.

Great staff. Very friendly. Food at the bar was really delicious. also, Dylan the bartender is a great lad and knows how to hold a nice conversation. CHEERS!!

Had a lovely stay, the staff were so lovely and the food was excellent. Had a really good deep tissue massage in the spa also . Enjoyed the beautiful sunsets at Rosses Point a few mins drive from the hotel. Overall loved my stay there.

Good breakfast and pool area but draft in bar from access to event space. Staff happy to close doors when alerted.
