The room’s floor and under the beds were not clean, not helpful to allergic people. Everything else was good

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Great breakfast to start the day, with a lot of choices. Our main highlight was the locations with easy access to the City of Science and a bus stop to explore the city easily.

La habitación era cómoda y agradable, y el personal brindó un buen servicio durante toda nuestra estancia. Agradecimos mucho que la habitación estuviera lista antes del horario de check-in, lo cual facilitó nuestra llegada. El hotel cuenta con todos los servicios necesarios, pero sin duda su mayor fortaleza es la ubicación. Es muy céntrico, especialmente ideal para ir caminando a la zona de la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. Sin embargo, hubo algunos inconvenientes. El hotel se supone que es un espacio libre de humo, algo que se especificaba claramente al momento de hacer la reservación, pero en nuestro piso había un olor constante a cigarrillo. En una ocasión, el olor llegó incluso a invadir toda la habitación, lo que resultó bastante molesto y dificultó el descanso. Además, aunque el servicio a la habitación ofrece un buen menú, la comida llegó un poco fría y los precios nos parecieron elevados en relación con la cantidad. Igualmente, el costo del desayuno por noche nos pareció exagerado, por lo que no lo utilizamos teniendo en cuenta que en los alrededores hay muchas opciones ricas y económicas. En general, a pesar de estos detalles, la experiencia fue buena, con un servicio adecuado y una ubicación que definitivamente es su mejor cualidad.

The WiFi was not very good and I had quite a lot of trouble staying connected. Gym and pool could do with being expanded and updated, the area around them could be more attractive. I think as well having a proper bar instead of some seats in the hallway would make it much more popular with guests

The room we got was facing windows on the street I don’t know wich genius was installing such poor windows we was hearing every car wich was passing by that building can’t sleep half night,the staff was great

The room was nice, staff was helpful, and bed was comfy. But, our room’s air conditioning didn’t work at all and we were BAKING all night both nights to the point we had to open a window!

Good area & close to all areas

The rooms were basic and could do with some TLC. All furniture was chipped/peeling, fairly dusty, wallpaper peeling in places. Some marks and yellowing of linens. The bathroom was marginally better. Have stayed in better NH hotels for the same price but location is king. This was not brought up at the hotel as the reception staff were not interested in customer service. Check in was extremely slow even as the only arriving guests at the time, often stood talking to each other while guests waited, didn’t give relevant information (e.g. where breakfast was or what time). Breakfast was good, plentiful choices and constantly refreshed as things ran low. The 3* is pretty much for location and for the bar/breakfast staff. These staff members were brilliant, friendly, and helpful. They should be on reception as the only people interested in being in a customer-facing role. The breakfast staff deserve to be praised and acknowledged by the hotel as their saving grace.

Clean room but very small, A/C not working properly. Good restaurants close by, city of the arts half a block away - no complains !

Hotel is in a good location, with great access to public transport. The staff, particularly the restaurant staff, were very kind and friendly towards our daughter.
