Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location. Walkable to Restaurants, Shopping and old Montreal

There was nothing wrong with this place, but it was missing alot of nice to haves that you would expect of a place at it's price point. No slippers, missing shaving kit, missing free bottles of water, house cleaning did not restock towels, bed sheets and mattress was not very high quality, and wifi was slow.

Pire petit déjeuner à vie. Buffet médiocre tout était froid, saucisses bacon ,oeufs froids , café mauvais. Je comprends pourquoi fallait payer ce petit déjeuner buffet avant le repas parce qu’après personne ne voudrait payer 60$ pour ça. Nous avions des réservations pour la fin du mois et nous avons annulé.

Reviews for this hotel seem to hover around 4 and I'd say that's right on point. The rooms were big and generally well-appointed. Some of the furniture/tiling showed wear, but everything worked and was clean. The gym was also clean, well-lit and had most of what you'd need for a good workout while away. My lower rating is mostly related to staff, who I found to be generally unhelpful. I had problems at check-in (I was initially sent to an occupied room). I left cleaning staff a very generous tip who mostly cleaned the room, but left the floor quite dirty (sesame seeds from a bagel. My fault, but wasn't touched at all). Other stuff: Beds were firm, which is fine if you like that. Hallways were quiet -- which was a BIG plus.

Great location, central and walkable to Mile End or Old Port. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. One thing that needs improvement was mini fridge. It can’t keep anything perishable.

Having valet parking was a definite plus to this location. Breakfast looked really good but was not included in the room. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Perfect place to stay whilst exploring the city. Rooms were extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The location was fantastic. The parking situation was odd as you need to park on the road and then have valet park it for you. The room was clean. No locks on the bathroom door but the bathroom was updated and modern.
