We’ve stayed here several times. Great location, dependable lodging and secure parking. Staff were very helpful with a late check in after a recent flight. It’s a repeat option for us.

Very clean, friendly staff

It's very centrally located. Near the shops and iconic eateries on St. Laurent; a stone throw away from the Metro; and I was even able to walk straight to the Symphony within 8 mins. The staff is super helpful and great at their jobs. Miguel had my back the entire trip and was very hospitable.

The room was clean and in good condition, and everything worked as expected, so overall it was a comfortable stay. However, the price felt higher than what was actually included. Breakfast and coffee are available at an additional cost, but there was no clear information provided about pricing in advance. There was also no readily available list of room service options or their prices. While we had a deal that included free parking, this is typically an extra charge as well, and there could have been more information provided prior to check-in on how to access their parking services, which is unclear from outside the building. Greater transparency about amenities and associated costs would make it easier for guests to understand the full value of their stay. Overall, it was an acceptable experience, but it felt more expensive than it was worth compared to other options in the area.

I booked this hotel because I thought that the breakfast was included, when I asked they told me that because I booked it by Expedia it was not included. Also the charges for the parking were to high!
