Short birthday trip to Montreal staff was very courteous. All needs were meet, especially when we needed any extra towels. I also appreciated that the Cleaning staff came later to check on the room after we were still asleep. We didn’t use the gym or bar. Spent most of our three days exploring.

Great location! The hotel was clean and the rooms a great be size. Would definitely stay here again. Walking distance to several restaurants, including Schwartz's, shopping and if you don't mind a good walk it is definitely walkable to old Montreal and the port

The hotel was a wonderful experience. My room was perfect for what I needed. Excellent place to relax after exploring the city. The location allows many options for venturing out. The staff were very friendly and always available. I hope to return to Hotel 10.

If you are a Expedia platinum we are not really welcome there, the second day of my stay I go for breakfast I was ask for a coupon, I go to the concierge and he told me you reserved on Expedia you have to pay 26.00 + tax for breakfast as a Expedia you have free valet parking I told him I do not have a car could I have the breakfast instead as the valet parking is 38 + tax and was told a firm no. I do not drink coffee but I Love tea I had to go beg every day for 3 small tea bag and after the first day they run out of English breakfast the one I like. The service was average and pretty snob I guess this Montréal location had attitude. The room was good outside of the loud ac noise but you get use to it. I could not talk about all the staff as I did not encounter lot of them the made where very nice and welcoming concierge not so much . Anyway I will not go back, I will go back to the Dauphin hotel or the Birks hotel as prior years.

Hotel room is large but for the price, it didn’t feel like a comfortable 4 star hotel re: furnishings. Staff are polite enough, but aren’t overly helpful. They hand you the key without info and that’s it, lol. They also don’t give bottled water and I had to ask staff twice where the fountain was in the lobby. Only one nepresso pod given. Not much is included for $205/night. It was overall an okay experience, but I have stayed in more comfortable/friendlier 3 star chain hotels.

The hotel is great...I have stayed there multiple times...this time though the only complaint ia that the rooms layout was odd...as the toilet was in a separate room from bathroom ..just odd

Valet was helpful arranging taxi to airport. Staff was friendly and efficient throughout stay. The location is close to downtown sights.

convenient location, staff was friendly, we only stayed for one night, but it covered our expectations. The only thing is that in the room there were some thing showing signs of age that should be replaced, like some of the cabinet doors were not very aligned, would fall when opening, not completely, but would fall on one side, and some of the chair cushions were ripped! other than that all looked clean.

Disgusting and unclean

We came late and the check in process was smooth even with the parking since Valet closes early. The rooms were clean, however we noticed the room beside us was a conjoining room, the door was locked but you can hear everything through the walls other than this issue - it was great.
