The property is in great condition, the breakfast options were greater than I thought and the cleanliness of the room was definitely top notch. Overall a wonderful stay.

Overall the hotel is nice,friendly front staff and clean. The complimentary breakfast is great! We have stayed here multiple times and were sadly disappointed in the pool. It was freezing to the point of being unable to use it. The hottub was even cold with pieces of the hottub coming to the surface. Some maintenance and upgrades are required at this point for the pool.

Room was clean and well stocked. Toilets were too low to be comfortable for a senior and it did not flush properly right from the beginning.

Couch pull out not worth using. Couch was older and stained.

It's a lovely hotel. The suite was very nice. However the sofa bed mattress was absolutley terrible, shameful for a hotel really. There was a very large very loud party happening on the second floor we started hearing it around 7:00pm and I ended up having to call down around 11:30pm to ask the staff when they would ask them to stop. I was there with my two year old. I would have hoped staff would have asked it to stop on their own. It wasn't until shortly after midnight that the party stopped. Although a lovely space terrible bed and no noise contral made for a not very relaxing stay. But eh you want to have a raging party this could be your place doesn't seem like staff cares about noise control.

Room was very clean, smart TV was ready for use and logged in with a message welcoming us by name. Linens fresh. Staff were very friend and check in was super quick and easy. Areas that could have been tweaked for the best experience: the eggs and hashbrowns and coffee at breakfast buffet were cold when we got food at 7:30am. The warming stations did not appear to have heat under them. We also had no shower soap in our room. Minor things that could have made things that much better.

We enjoy this hotel however the pool was cold and the hot tub was a little warmer than your bathtub water. Went to get a coffee at around 4pm on Sat and it was cold, good thing their was a micro in the room. The morning breakfast was good except the coffee was cold. Having a micro in the breakfast area would be an asset.

Great place to stay. The rooms were nicely decorated, clean and current. Staff was excellent. The hot breakfast was also much appreciated.
