The stay itself was good, based on location and the amenities of pool/hot tub, breakfast, and the staff experience. However the rooms were a bit run down, the window screens had rips in them, the windows weren't properly on the tracks, the blackout curtains had holes, the couch wasnt very comfortable and the cabinet in one of the bathrooms was held on with velcro which kept falling down.

1- bathroom door doesnt close 2- toilet bowl makes high pitch noise at night, couldnt sleep-staff not helpful 3- no soap to wash-dispenser empty 4- horrible stay and all we got was 20$ off Never again…

Clean, good service

We booked the studio room and loved pretty much everything about it. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with a full size fridge, along with a microwave and a dishwasher. There’s also a work desk. The queen bed was very comfortable. The sofa bed was okay; not ideal for little kids as there are sharp edges once you open it. Apart from that we had a great experience! Amazing stuff as well.

The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The sofa bed was unmade and they didn't supply any bedding when we called down to front desk. We actually had to go down and get it. As well, the sofa bed was so old, broken down, and uncomfortable, they shouldn't be allowed to advertise it as a bed. Will never go there again.

Great clean room, check in was a breeze as i had booked through hotels.ca, the front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful

Great location, clean room, super quiet and we will stay again on our trips North.

The hotel in general was ok - our room needs updating - the toilet tank has a leak so it refills every 30min or so - very annoying in the middle of the night - the AC unit is loud, there are burnt stains or something on the carpet - the pull out couch is not comfortable at all - overall - the accommodations seem tired and need of a refresh

Nice place nice staff however a bit expensive considering proximity to city centre of Toronto.

The grounds that provide for outdoor relaxation could use a bit of attention- some TLC.

Property was very clean and easy to navigate. Breakfast was good - appreciated the provision of authentic maple syrup.

1. Bathroom door did not stay closed; we had to use waste basket to block it. 2. Per an info sheet in the room, cleaning "for guests staying 3 or more nights, [is] on every other day basis". This means, according to the front desk, that you have to stay 3 nights before you get any cleaning. So, for someone staying 3 nights, there will be cleaning but only after you have checked out! What a joke.

Spotless. Very clean without the usual terrible hotel perfume. Convenient.
