The room service always asking for money for cleaning the room this was very rude

This is a truly 5 star hotel all around.. room, facilities, amenities, pool, lobby all so nice, comfortable, and clean. Everyone is so helpful, smiling, and kind from manager Yahya to security personnel, to everyone else inside the hotel or outside.. everytime we're in or out at the entrance, or at the street in the front of the hotel they are there to help and to greet us, my wife and myself. We didn't try the food because we're always out and about.. next time we will ..

Breakfast was fabulous! one of the best buffets I've ever seen.

The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The laundry service was reasonable with a quick turnaround and our clothes have never looked better!! They were even able to remove a stubborn stain from my daughter’s pants. Quick responses to any requests. The Breakfast was delicious with plentiful options. Easy check in and check out. The location was great. Would stay again.

Everything was perfect during our stay — the breakfast, restaurants, facilities, and cleanliness. It is also a very quiet place. Their bakery is incredible! The staff is very friendly, with a special mention to Sarah, our housekeeper — she is truly sweet. My partner arranged a birthday surprise in the room; there were balloons and flowers… it was delightful.

Loved the hotel, but I really loved Fatima’s service! She cleaned the room to perfection!!! I would just come to stay again for her service!

breakfast was average

We stayed in an executive room which is very large and having some useful furnitures. The bed and the room was very clean. The staff was so polite and helpfull. The breakfast quality was good. The restaurants in the hotel have variety of meals. This hotel will be our choice gain, if we come to Cairo again.

Good

Reception area looks good, however, the room was not great. Cracks in the shower tray and bath tub, some sockets did not work, certain doors didn’t close properly. Food options in the hotel are limited. I would not recommend.

Nice quite place to stay

The whole staff vas very polite and welcoming. Sara always made sure the rooms were clean. Excellent stay
