An excellent hotel in a quiet, safe area of Madrid. The staff were courteous, helpful and very accommodating. The room is clean, modern, and very spacious but the bathroom is a little bit dated.

This was an excellent choice for my stay in Madrid! The staff was great at the front desk, the bar, and the restaurant. Rooms were spotless clean! Towels and sheets were white and smelled fresh. Lemon water at check in. Walking distance to a small grocery, a “dollar store” and a few eateries. Breakfast buffet was exception! It’s out about 20 min from downtown Madrid, but I thought it was nice to be out at a quieter location. Easy taxi ride to downtown, train stations and airport. Five star!!

V good breakfast, clean rooms, typical business-type 4 star. Maybe could have had better air-con in room but nothing an open window didnt sort.

Your average budget hotel. It was fine for a single night prior to our departure, but we would not stay here again. Low quality bedding, uncomfortable and cheap mattress, flat pillows and poor water pressure in the shower.

Excellent Hotel and friendly staff. Nice rooms and a general lovely atmosphere in the hotel.

Clean and spacious room, immediate hot Water. Only issue was we left room at 10 and returned at 2 PM for a long nap due to jetlag and the room was not attended.

Great place, good location along with great staff

Check-in was fast and courteous. The room was spacious, well appointed and very clean. Drinks in the hotel bar were reasonably priced and the service was good. I chose this hotel for its loction close to Atlético de Madrid's Metropolitano Stadium, which was a very easy walk to the game, taking about 20 minutes. Suanzes metro station was around a 10 minute walk away and had me in Gran Via in around 20-25 minutes.

Everything was accommodating to our needs. Although it’s a bit far from the main attractions, the hotel was very clean and the room was perfect.

The location is good and quite. But the bed made me feel itchy.

Not a bad hotel in general, I think I was one of the unfortunate ones where I got bit my a bed bug in the hotel. Apparently I was going to get a refund but they denied the refund request. So I would just give out a general warning since it can happen to anybody and it’s not a good feeling to get bit by one.
