The room was very clean and the staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel itself is a colonial gem. The location can’t be beat.

From beginning to end, the stay was very enjoyable. The front desk, servers at the restaurant, and other staff were attentive and cordial. The food and drinks were delicious. The rooms are big and gprgeous. 100% recommend!

I’ve been to Pátzcuaro several times but this was the first time staying at Mansion Iturbe. The staff were friendly, attentive, welcoming, and in my opinion went above and beyond with the quality of service. Our room was impeccably clean, and one of the most comfortable rooms I’ve been to in Mexico. The hotel is such a jewel of a building with its colonial styling and decor. Our family loved this establishment. The only regret I have is not having stayed longer. We’ll have to make a trip again and stay here in future. Perfectly located in the center of town, everything is very walkable distance from the hotel. Beautiful old mansion converted into a hotel. Staff was friendly. The restaurant had good breakfast with good options.

Beautiful property that stays true to its roots. Heritage decor with all the modern necessities. Loved how the rooms are named after cities in Michoacán. Staff was absolutely amazing. Strongly recommended.

Mansión Iturbe was absolutely amazing. We stayed during Dia de Muertos and the location could not have been better. We were staying tight across the street from food vendors, the pop up market and all of the entertainment the town had to offer. We were able to walk everywhere. There are so many dining locations to pick from and in walking distance. The hotel staff was incredibly kind. There were water dispenser and ice located near the rooms for your convenience. There was no need to buy water, we just filled up our stainless steel water bottles. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was delicious.

Un Hotel muy Limpio cumple con los estándares para ser una estrella más y tiene elevador para silla de ruedas es magnífico. Todo muy bien excelente.

The hotel was beautiful. Conveniently located in the Zocalo. The on site restaurant was good and convenient. The staff was friendly. The only issue I had was the lack of Air Conditioning. The hotel listing said it was an ammenity but wasn’t the case.
