I booked 2 rooms, then when I and family arrived we found that 1st room was okay but the other one had the ac was not working properly. I complained to the lobby because the ac was broken and then the receptionist gave us the portable ac. We could not accept that because at that time the weather was very hot and we asked for changing the room. The receptionist said that all the room are fully booked, and I checked straight away using this apps and still lots of rooms are available. How come they lied to us! Not professional at all. Yes, after all they gave us new room...but after they lied and we showed the proof that they just lied!!!

Got an awesome room suite rooms (hotel promotions), everything is clean start from all around room condition, towels, bathroom, toiletries are good. I got 2 beds which is each bed size for a double bed. So awesome hotel with cheaper price for 4 star hotel. Although without breakfast. No prob for us. Thanks
