This hotel is conveniently located near shopping, dining, and most importantly, an Underground station. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very well maintained. The room and bathroom are a bit on the small side, but it's manageable. The surrounding area is beautiful. This will be my go-to hotel for return trips to London. Love this place!

The location of the hotel is perfect. Check in was swift and easy. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was a bit tired. Bathroom was a let down though. Cracked shower panel. Very small corner shower. No toilet brush. Shower gel dispenser was empty.

I had a very early departure consequently there was no opportunity for breakfast. Staff at check-in and check out were excellent. Hallways had an odour. Bathroom was clean but the sink vanity and small wall shelf were disappointing. My suite on the 4th floor looked right down over the square. As for shopping options, it is Sloan Square and King’s Road so everything is there.

Excellent location for our concert at Chelsea Hospital. Price was reasonable for location. Could not find a kettle in the room, probably were supposed to use Nespresso coffee machine, but I like a proper kettle. We didn't query with management as it wasn't a problem, though my wife does like here cup of tea in the morning. Staff on reception very friendly. We would certainly stay again if we were in that area again.

If you are looking to stay in a part of London, away from the tour groups, craziness, then Sloane Square is for you. I've been coming to London for 50 yrs and this is my favorite area.The hotel is not fancy but comfortable, easy to take the bus anywhere or walk and feels more like London than other areas. During the Chelsea Flower Show it is loud and crowded be aware that may not be the time you want to visit. The hotel has a nice breakfast room overlooking the square. (cost is extra). Rooms that face the square are lovely. I would stay here again.

Everything about it was perfect. Even the walkable location was just what we needed in a nice location. Full staff was very helpful and friendly.

The concierge and check in staff were excellent throughout. The location of the hotel is also excellent for those who are into the flower show! Only slight problem was the turn down service - we got it the first night (with only one drink and one chocolate though!) and then nothing at all on the second night. Just feels a bit inconsistent is all.

The location is very good. Sloane Square and Kings Road have a lot to offer in respect of shops and restaurants. The hotel was very clean. The rooms a very small especially the shower cubicle. The mattress was uncomfortable and sagging on the sides. We arrived very early in the morning with intention of leaving our luggage. The receptionist was very curt and immediately informed us that they could not do an early check in because of some lame excuse. Apart from not asking about this or expecting this we would have appreciated an attempt of an offer to check us in earlier. Also they could have placed our luggage which consisted of a couple of cabin bags and a rack sack in our room when we returned later that day, in the evening. I am not sure about the advantages of booking through Expedia. I am a regular returning customer and have read somewhere that hotels booked through them will offer an upgrade (when available). I don’t recall any occasion when this has happened in London. Maybe this can be clarified by Expedia.

The hotel us fabulous. The immediate area is loaded with shops & restaurants. Public transportation is readily available. Don't mis the basement Speakeasy: The Knox.
