Check in was horrible this time around! I've stayed here before and never had an issue. We got here early and there was only one person helping guests. We were torld no rooms were ready until 3 pm. which we understood. We did all the preliminary check-in information hoping to only get our keys at 3 pm.

We didn’t pay for the breakfast buffet but the coffee shop in the lobby was fine. No breakfast options. Just pastries and sandwiches. The room could use a refresh. Very out dated. Lots of mold around the room. Was there for a business trip so didn’t spend alot of time in the room but it was still there. The parking lot was excellent and very convent. It was why we stayed there. Not a bad spot just needs some updates.

Nice and safe environment you feel at home

The best and only good thing about this hotel is location.

Breakfast was great but the hotel was not as on the pictures; Furniture was old with stains that look dirty. The shower terrible with minimal water, bathroom was very dark even with lights. The stuff was not the friendliest and when ask about city sites, stores directions they were clueless. Oh and they advertised shuttle services from the airport but is not true. You have to arrange your own transportation.

To much noise at the rooms

Big, clean, comfortable room. Brilliant shower. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast buffet. Great location. Only downside was a massive stain on the armchair in the room.

Great restaurants near by and you can walk to the great museums

Hotel is located very close to all the beautiful sites and museum. The breakfast service is excellent and all the staff were very friendly. I recommend it already to some friends.

‘Seen better days, and ‘be nice if someone would clean the back of a bathroom door annually. But comfy rooms with lots of light, a decent restaurant and I go back just for the little pool and roof-top sunshine.

The staff was great. But we got all sorts of problems with the water system. The shower head was not functioning properly (urgently needed to be decalcified). Terrible noise in the pipes each time we were using the tap to wash our hands.

Amazing hotel. Cant wait to come back

This hotel is no longer managed by NH Group and the quality has worsened since last time we were here: - mini fridge in room does not work. We notified it both days but they did not do anything. - Tv is big and new but streaming services do not work - no hair drier - no safety box - no filtering active in swimming pool so water was dirty and stagnant - hotel charges 100 pesos a day for their own parking lot - they did not clean our room

Yes the staff was great and very accomodating.

En general, todo fue excelente. El personal fue muy amable y el desayuno estuvo delicioso. Sin embargo, la habitación no cumplió con lo esperado ni con lo que se mostraba en las fotos de la página. Sería bueno considerar algunas mejoras en ese aspecto. Aun así, agradezco la atención durante mi estancia.
