The place was great and affordable, and it was near everything. Would recommend

Location was very good but the condition of the hotel is really bad. Amenities were terrible including bed , tv, washroom. It was more like a motel not a hotel.

This is an older hotel but, the room was very clean and maintained. No mold or mildew around the tub. The towels were clean, soft and absorbent, unlike many newer hotels. The room was dated but incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly especially Philip who I met during check in and the lady with the Indian Motorcycle (sorry I didn't get her name) I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in kelowna as it's in a very walkable area with many restaurants and the mall nearby. Ill definitely be back again.

Clean room lots of towels and nice complimentary water

The room was clean , the breakfast mediocre, not a great selection. There’s a few homeless people that either stay on the grounds or just store their signs there. Housekeeping had a communication glitch and never emptied the garbage during our stay. I think there was a dead rat on the grounds as well.

I have never been in a hotel or motel as clean as the Dilworth Inn. Don’t let the retro decor deter you, you won’t see a property as pristine as this!

My husband and me stayed for 2 nights, room was big and everything was so clean and so quiet. Staff were so helpful and polite.

Dilworth Inn is a blast from the past. The retro harvest gold/yellow bathroom is a throwback to the 70s - but it was clean & every thing still functioned perfectly. It was nice to have the kitchenette with kettle, microwave, fridge, sink & dishes. Beds were comfortable with nice pillows. Our room had a bonus pullout couch & was way more spacious than pictured (#110) but it did not have a patio or a lot of natural light. There was plenty of parking right out front & it was within walking distance to so many restaurants, grocery stores & shops. Staff was helpful -even turning on the sauna for us to heat up. The hot tub was great too. Good budget option for Kelowna!

This hotel gave us all the nostalgia. It's not all new and fancy. It took us back to when we were kids. The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. The property was clean and well cared for. The pool wasn't available as it was closed for maintenance, but the hotel reached out right away to let us know. The hot tub and sauna were still available and we used them each night. It was nice to use it after some long days of sports. Parking was free and there was plenty available. We would definitely come back here in the future.

This review was going to go a lot differently. A note to all travelers planning on staying at the Dilworth - their office closes at 11pm. If your flight is delayed like my staff member's was, be aware of this closure at 11pm and find out from the Dilworth staff if there are any alternative arrangements that can be made or stay somewhere else. However, while my staff were waiting for me to find them another motel or hotel nearby, the staff came out while heading to another property they look after and checked my guy in after all before we had to sweat out other arrangements and look for a refund of our money. They got him tucked in and all was well. Our staff said they had a pleasant and quiet stay after all and the people were great that checked him in after hours.

Bad are crime area . Old and sketchy

We had an excellent stay, restaurants and shopping was just 5 minute walk in all directions
