It's good for a budget hotel and a place to at least rest up after spending the day out. It is connected to a mall with a train station, only issue being if the mall is closed you need to go around and call a number to get into the hotel. Other than that, if you're on a small budget to Copenhagen, it is a good option.

Beware if parking on a Sunday! We arrived on Sat evening and the hotel was hard to find as the main door was closed but the intercom people were helpful and we got in eventually. The carpark situation was confusing. We were told by the intercom we could park in the basement car park for free. What we didn’t realise was that one of the car parks belongs to the supermarket. The next morning was a Sunday and we discovered our car was locked in the car park! We had to go to security and pay them 1250 DKK to let us out!!! Tried to call hotel for advice but no answer that morning. So beware of where you park, if we hadn’t been let out it would have ruined our whole holiday.

Very pleasant stay for 5 nights. Automated check-in was easy and straightforward. The room was small for 3 people, but adequate and clean. Excellent proximity to suburban train. Easy access to groceries, ATM, and local restaurants. About 15 minute train ride to central Copenhagen. We had Copenhagen Cards so no added expense for the trains. Even my picky wife was satisfied! All the pillows had feathers, to which my wife is allergic, but we made do. Nice buffet breakfast for added cost. We would stay there again.

The check in process was a nightmare. The automated machines did not work. We called several times to get some one on the phone to help us. We waited 1 1/2 hours to get our room key because there was no one there to help us. Finally someone on the phone took the payment info and the keys were dispensed. The rooms were ok when we got into them. The breakfast was very limited. Would not go there again..

Excellent location but hard to get in and out. Poorly accessible after 10 pm. No elevator to the 9th floor. Didn’t have WiFi as our room was at the end. No vending machines so no ice or pop and no fridge in the room

Not sure why people didn't like this place. I actually enjoyed it. It's in a shopping mall, and the checkin is automated, but what's wrong with that? The process worked, and there's someone on the intercom if there are any problems. The mall is nice, albeit things are not open 24/7, but overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again if I was in the area.

The hotel is located at a great spot but hotel staff can do a better job at providing directions. The hotel elevator entrance is very difficult to find hotel is located inside a shopping mall with multiple entrances. The hotel is located on the 7th and 8th floor but the elevator won't go up to the 8th floor. So good luck dragging your bags to the 8th floor if your room is on the 8th floor. The room was clean and very spacious. Don't expect much from morning breakfast.

Hotel is central in Roskilde and in a nice location. Been in it several times and rooms are variable in size. Those in older part can be on the small size. Hotel was nice and warm. -2c outside. Comfortable and clean. Good value l.

Stayed here for one night, last minute booking due to missing my flight as I thought it was close to the airport. The room rate was great but it cost about 425 Danish Krone to get to the airport about 15/20 mins away. Spoke to reception via intercom to gain access and used the self check in, which seems to be the only way. Check in is on Level 8 accessed by lift, but my room was on Level 9. I was disappointed that the only way to get to Level 9 was via the stairs and I had two heavy cases with work equipment, so I had to bring them to my room one at a time, leaving the other unattended. The same when I was leaving in the morning at 5 am, so not ideal. The hotel is attached to a shopping centre so I was able to get food. The room itself was ok. Basic and clean but the bathroom was looking a bit dated.

Functional - good value

For the first time to go to find the hotel is difficult but when you learn its so easy. I can book and i can go until my room without to see anyone. No need receptionist. System is working wonderfully. I am coming often this hotel. I can bilindly recommend to everyone. Very clean, i don't feel cold, to travel and reach is very easy.

No Resection or staff on property at all. Managed to contact phone call center located in Sweden No sheets for the bed Manager for this location was located in Israel and had a friend in Copenhagen to drive in with Sheet I will never use this location or any location in this hotel family
