The pool is not for swimming, the shape makes it almost impossible. Don’t book if your looking to do lane swimming.

lovely little location for what we wanted

No air conditioning in the rooms!!! The room was painted so to add to the heat, you sleep in a constructed... tried to get the to let me check out and get a refund but they dragged me till it was too late to find a new hotel. This is absolutely NOT a business hotel so do not even consider it!

Lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Club room was very spacious.

The air con wasn’t working as they are going through a refurb so the room was unbearably hot with 3 adults in it, also there was no body wash in shower. But the hotel is lovely and we will visit again

Hot night with no air con unfortunately, got an upgraded room but it’s pretty tired but clean enough, would I stay there again…..not sure. Staff were very helpful.

Awful experience staying here. It was a hot day, we were on the second floor and the room was sweltering and even though they did give us a fan, the fact that the sun was in the room all day and the windows did not open with no air con, we sweltered all night, no one slept. The red hot towel rain under the sink that my daughter kept burning her leg on also made the bathroom even hotter Then having paid extra for breakfast, we got there and due to a lack of gas issue, they only had toast and cereal. Never want to stay here again.

Room looked tiered bathroom was well clean and bar staff were rude.

Hotel was good value for money, but tired and the pool changing rooms were a little grubby.

Good size room .baking hot no air con.the little Dyson fan good for nothing.a strong metal fan would do the trick..one night had somebody kicking and banging at the door desperate to get in scary to say the least.very easy for people just to wander around the hotel floors inebriated!! Breakfast a bit chaotic and bland.sounds a bit negative but generally good value for money oh no double glazing so road noise kept me awake.aroom away from road and no heatwave and will stay again

Lady at check in very rude rolling eyes etc bad first impression.the evening before the fella was very nice.very hot room even with fan. Bed comfortable .a little fridge in room would be good .during heatwave somewhere to keep things cold a must.good pool and sauna .good value for money

A potentially pleasant, clean, and spacious room. Why "potentially"? Well, I happened to choose one of the hottest days—and surprise, no air conditioning. I thought that would be a standard feature. Breakfast was okay, though there were no baked beans, continental options, or fried eggs. The dining area itself was pleasant and clean. Due to the high temperature in the room, I had to leave as soon as possible. Apart from the lack of air conditioning, I would definitely recommend this place.

Aircon is not working in any of the rooms. Not advertised as broken anywhere and we're in the middle of a heatwave

It was a comfortable stay - air conditioning would have been a bonus but apart from this all good

Absolutely disgusting- arrived at the room - faeces in the toilet (obviously been there a while), went to reception and was told it’s back wash from other toilets, I’m a plumbing and heating engineer and this is not clearly the case. They gave me a new room, I asked if this one would be clean, was told “ it should be”, shouldn’t you check it first ? It’ll be fine - No customer service here, find somewhere else to stay - needs knocking down

Staff are very helpful and polite. Room was a good size, the bed was very comfortable and parking was excellent.

First of all i would like to say that the bedding was ruined on 2 singles.. Stained disgusting took photo.. Had someone to change the bedding .. None of us could sleep at night we were told then it was where the pipes were on & off all night .. Stayed here 3 times i don’t think i will be coming back .. Another hotel would have put us in another room .. The bedroom was really big .. It would be nice to have some sort of a discount ..
