All the members of staff I met were helpful, friendly and efficient. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The restaurant was not open on Sunday evening although the online information suggested it was. As I had driven for some hours and crossed the channel from UK that day, it was not a good way to begin my stay. I was tired and hungry. Luckily one member of staff was kind enough to make me something to eat. The rooms were tired and in need of some tlc. The approach to the hotel was awful, the road pitted and uneven. Shame, I usually find the standard in Ibis hotels pretty good for an overnight stay when travelling. Needless to say it is unlikely I will use the one in Senlis again.

Rooms are no way near as nice as photos suggest. They are basic and to an ok standard for the money. Actually quite dated for Ibis. Biggest let down was AC did not work well at all as the control panel was locked even though it was the middle of August! Probably would not stay again.

STAYED @ THE PROPERTY SEVERAL TIMES & ALWAYS SATISFIED

First room was not clean, bed unmade, and trash on floor. Assigned another room, dirty.used towels and trash can full. Bed linen has not been changed.

The room and breakfast was adequate for our one night stay. However, the room was very cold and not possible to adjust the temperature due to centralized control at the hotel. Also, no hand towels or wash cloths, only one bath towel per person.

I stay here often. Good for staying north of Paris and Charles de Gaulle if you have a car

The reception staff member was very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had, remembering this was during the covid crisis, was that the evening meal was delivered to our room was not very hot. I fully understand the problem, but it was a little dissapointing. Apart from that our stay was very good.

Unable to eat in the hotel restaurant - an important reason for staying overnight in this hotel. Restaurant was crowded and reservations not allowed. Had to go out to get a MacDonalds. Then had to wait so long for service at the bar to buy a beer that my MacDo went cold before I could eat it. When I complained the receptionist was agressive. Over priced hotel for what you get.

Very easy to get too and the surrounding area was great for anything you needed. However, uncomfortable pillows and room smelt a little smokey when wasn’t very nice. However, service was good and helpful.

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing stay for Disneyland and Outlet shopping.

Good location for A1 motorway and also for a stop-over in a lovely town. The rooms weren’t large but the beds were comfortable, with black-out blinds. Wi-fi worked which was a bonus.

Perfect for a stop over on a long drive, clean and comfortable with a restaurant next door (and Macdonalds 100m away if you want fast food).
