L’hôtel est très beau. Notre chambre est propre et confortable. Seul point négatif, nous avions beaucoup de fourmis. Il y a une piscine sur le toit. On peut facilement aller partout dans la ville à partir de l’hôtel. Il y a un beau patio andalou pour déjeuner. Beaucoup de choix au déjeuner. On nous reçois avec un verre de vin.

Booking for more than one room please make sure they don’t give you rooms in two different places. Even after promising us the room replacement the next day we were stalled the room closed to each other with our young kids the following day. We were not given any rooms close to the other room in the same building area. Also the lift wasn’t working for two days in a row out of our three day stay

Wonderful hotel in a great location!! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, taken care of and ready to assist with whatever you might need! We didn't make it to the restaurant but it smelled amazing, I wish we had. The room was incredible!! We had a separate living area, lots of amenities. The bed was comfortable and legit working air conditioning (which is difficult to find in Europe) Would absolutely recommend!!

Everything about this place was amazing. The location, the staff, the hotel itself. I couldn’t ask for a better hotel to stay at and better staff. Thank you so much!! Will definitely be coming back!!

Hotel was spotless and the staff all friendly. The breakfast had a good choice, maybe more vegetarian/vegan choices needed. On leaving for the airport before breakfast opened, they packed us up a picnic to take with us, which was a lovely touch. Prices at the bar were reasonable and bar staff very attentive. The pool maybe small and not suitable for swimming but was amazing when coming back from a full day in the heat! We loved our stay and would definitely book again.

Lobby is very beautiful. Staff were warm and friendly. Breakfast bar offered a great variety especially pastries! I would stay here again.

Extensive breakfast bar offerings, all fresh and delicious. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely rooftop terrace. Great location within walking distance of Alcazar, Cathedral and Hercules Plaza. Comfortable beds and nice, clean rooms.

A bit outside the Seville city core, but great service and very comfortable. I got food poisoning on my last day in Seville (nothing to do with the hotel, per se), and we had about a hour to get to the train station after check out time. The hotel was accommodating and allowed me to stay in room a bit past the check out time. It is a gigantic relief in times when you feel like throwing up any minute!

Friendly attentive service. Good location. Disappointed a little by room size, and no loungers available on rooftop (closed off). Room was way too hot, had window open all night and made very little difference

Friendly staff , complimentary drink on arrival was a nice touch. Parking was a walk away , but managed to navigate ok. We didn’t eat at hotel

This is a fabulous hotel… at check in we were offered a refreshing drink.. the staff are friendly & very helpful with the reception open 24 hours. The whole hotel is super clean. The rooms were a good size with a nespresso machine, safe & extra pillows. The bathroom was very big with plenty of towels and toiletries to use… I would highly recommend this hotel, it is in a great location with easy walking to all the shops and sights
